Well you sort of answered your own question, to get it we use the xda app or tapatalk

No one helped me so I do it myself instead.
Use font changer to set the corresponding font included in the zip.

I'm afraid there's no screen off animation in any viper s rom, I even looked for it on my phone running viper s 3.0.2 there isn't any screen off option or tweak
