Can someone please go through a step by step to install this on my Xperia S?
I currently have flashtool but just don't know how to use it at all!

I have a Rogers Sony X10a, tried to upgrade to 2.3 by using Flashtool, follow this thread

but I couldn't get it work. In the Flashtool always says
Error - Please install or re-install the driver in your driver folder
Anyone has similar issue or know how fix it, please help me!

Im new on this so i was wondering how do i install GingerDX on my x8 which has the time code 11w45, it says i need CWM to install v025, the thing is i cant download CWM, so i was wondering if if i can install v025 over v013
