i was testing all kernels, roms, mods and tweaks for samsung galaxy s plus.
my idea was, to make a version with the best working combination without anything to do = an all-in-one-rom
GIGABREAD+ is the result and i just want to share it with you.
note: this rom does not support other themes at this moment.

note: this is the best combination for fast, stable and elegance usage. (battery drain in sleepmode < 1%/hour)
so you have to do nothing on it. you can correct me, if i did some wrong modifications or have forgotten something to do.
take it like it is or try one of the other very nice roms for our sgs+ device.
if you have any ideas for new features or you want some more modifications - let me know, i'll add this to the wishlist (post #2)...

additional informations:
~ NO KNOWN BUGS
~ if your dataconnection is not working, try a reboot or - 2g toggle needs root - start superuser app and then start toggle2g app - allow root access in the popup. after that, you can deactivate or delete toggle2g, if you don't want to use it
~ after installation, you have to remark "animate" and "show battery bar" in batterybar settings app to make the bar visible
~ to manage your personal data before this installation, try "titanum backup" - available in google play store
~ click here for infos about the feacore phoenix kernel
~ most tweaks are integrated with the kernels. do not delete or add anything of/to init.d
~ for a better usage and battery life, i recommend you to deactivate notifications in settings for superuser app and use toggle2g
~ to find the best performance for your usage, try to setup the cpu ( infos: governors and i/o schedulers - overclocking/undervolting )
( for a better battery life you can try: max 1400mhz - min 245mhz - smartassv2 - sio )
DO NOT SET ON BOOT until you know for a fact that your setup is working!
~ calibrate battery - you will need a fully charged device and then - go into recovery - wipe battery stats (advanced) - reboot
~ simtoolkit app does not work with this rom due to toggle2g - you will get fc's

the font of clock in lockscreen is "sony sketch"; the number-icons are selfmade.
The lockscreen mod looks good.

did you do changes to the class files and then compile ?

to remove the "swipe to unlock" notification, there was a need to change a smali in the android.policy.jar. all other modifications on lockscreen have to make in the framework-res.apk ( drawable-hdpi and strings.xml [mid_month_day_mid_wday_no_year] and zzz_keyguard_screen_clockwidget.xml)
i'm happy that the odin package is working.

and i told you everything about the lockscreen, because i'd hope this will be the answer for all other quetions about that
to change the unlockbutton like that, there is only a need to change the icons in drawable-hdpi (framework-res.apk)
Actually im trying to port this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1539335 to our phone but can't seem to compile from source successfully.
That's why i asked you whether you edited smali or the class form source

that was my inspiration. to port this will be more work and needs more knowledge, because we didn't have a ics lockscreen. we have just a look-a-like
Rom installed flawlessly. Everything performing smoothly and as it should be. The rom is stable and fast. Reg battery life- not monitored long period though. Overall the performance is good

I was about to install your rom but then I saw these two functions: replaced stock gallery with cm7 gallery and replaced touchwiz launcher 4 with touchwiz launcher 3 (because in stock rom there is a bug).....??!!! Why??!! I think the stock gallery is good and this KQB is called "value pack", because it has touchwiz 4. I really like tw4 so why should I go back to tw3? It would be better to install a tw4 fix on it, rather than replace it with the worse tw3.... and I also forgot: iphone sounds...?? Why? I've bought an android phone, not an iPhone...
But overally this is a very great room which has a lot of good things, and I would install it if it wouldn't have tw3, cm7 gallery and iphone sounds... Because all things what I want are in this room but these 3 things are annoying for me....
Maybe you could try to inject Toggle2g to this ROM, now it is working in MoonROM-4.2?

you can replace them with to stock ones (touchwiz30launcher.apk and gallery3d.apk [included in "removed app"-folder])
in touchwiz 4 the storage for icon placement doesn't work.
cm7 gallery is faster except for the animations and there is a better image quality.
i have forgotten to add the stock gallery to the "removed apps"-pack.

3. Flash this like One Package.
4. Wipe data/factory reset in Recovery
5. Make wipe cache, then go to advanced - wipe dalvik cache.

Version v9.2 is required before flashing this update.
1. Download M12-ROM v9.2.5 and copy file.zip into sdcard.
2. Reboot phone in Recovery.
3. Install zip from sdcard- choose zip - M12-ROM v9.2.5 - install.
4. Reboot system now and enjoy
If you have any problem after flash v9.2.5, reboot phone in Recovery and wipe data.
GPS Setup
This tutorial will improve speed Fix
1. In the phone, open the Keyboard characters (for entering numbers) and type in sequence: * # * # 3214789650 # * # *
2. After entering this code should display a window in which to select:
- Settings-> Parameter Settings-> Position mode-> Option3
- Settings-> Fix Request Settings-> Session Operation-> Standalone
- Settings-> Fix Request Settings-> Server Option-> Local
- GpsOne Xtra-> Xtra Enable-> Enable
3. Then we leave the GPSsetup2 middle button (home) - valid and restart the phone.
4. When you start entering a phone again and successively GPSsetup2: Commands \ TTFF test \ Start.
5. Start testing, and probably all

ROM would be better to manage the RAM.
1. Type su - (enter)

Surely you have problems downloading files bigger than 30 mb of google play. Here you will find a solution - thanks to bscraze and falex007
1. Open Terminal Emulator.
2. Type:

mkdir /mnt/sdcard/market-download-cache
su
cd /cache
mv download download.bak
ln -s /mnt/sdcard/market-download-cache download
ls -ahl
3. Done
The Configurator
1. Open Terminal Emulator.
2. Type su - enter, then cc and click enter.
3. Then you can change - CPU Configuration; make Backup apps, data; change virtuous OC Configuration; enable/disable some tweaks, swap and more

Thanks for adding me in credits.
Inspired with it adding some more advises
1) Please zip your ROM TAR with 7zip or any archiver to reduce its size so that users can download it easily. It will make it half from its current size.
2) Avoid warez. I have seen Root Explorer, SetCPU, ICS launcher etc. in screen shots.
3) Use English.
4) You should reserve some more posts.
Otherwise looking good. Keep up the good work.

Rule of thumb.. if the app is a paid version, you cannot incl it in the rom.
Please confirm once you have removed the apps from the rom.

which kernel did you use? You have to use the included kernel for cm7 because the other kernels doesn't support cm7 yet
I had a Kernel CM7 Ultra v1.2 And it may have important that the command typed by the terminal emualtor, not by command prompt?
Why dont you develop?why dont you cook other roms?why do you need to base your roms on someone elses work?this is not developing,this is modded samsungs froyo.everybody can do this.make something unique,then you will be a developer. Its just my suggestion.

Good luck with your ROM,i have some suggestions
As you have mentioned the ROM for daily use please try to
1)remove the unnecessary apps,can be installed later
2)Make battery life as LONG as possible
3)Make the rom STABLE
4)Have a good and SMOOTH theme(MUST)
5)Make the phone lagfree,i am not saying fast just lagfree,in many roms i have seen that the dev becomes so desperate to make the phone fast with so many tweaks and hacks that the phone becomes unstable(causing heating problems,freeze),as your rom is for daily use no need to be superfast just smooth.
These are just suggestions,try to implement them and Good Luck again

XXDLJ2 is first leaked firmware of Android 4.1.2 for Galaxy Note 2, it isn't official release! However I did not find any particular bugs. Leaked Firmware released by Samsung are very very Stable!

I think not, you might try but personally I recommend you select New Installation Aroma, so as to make a full wipe

General Information:
The base ROM is close to stock with some modifications and AROMA tweaks. The themes package adds user configurable mods in an easy to use AROMA Installer. TrickDroid means YOU have the choice, which themes are important on your device.

How to apply:
Please make sure you have a custom recovery, for TWRP please copy files to sdcard/0.
Aroma Installer will start automatically once you flash in recovery and you can check in the UI, what you want to add or what you like to remove. Simple as that...
Make sure that you are on a TrickDroid ROM before and don't flash it directly after a fullwipe of the ROM! Let the ROM first boot and then reboot in recovery and flash!

- What i need for flash this rom?
- Unlocked bootloader, custom recovery and root, for make this you can use this tool, or TORXX guide

- Put the zip into your sd and flash it from recovery

If your comfortable with ADB and commandline, plug your phone into your PC, open cmd and type

then once the phone is in fastboot mode, enter this into the commandline

fastboot erase cache
Unplug your USB cable, press the power button once, then Vol Down to select Recovery, and then Power again. Once in Recovery, try to flash the ROM again. If it freezes again just repeat these steps and try again, it will work eventually!

- This is purely kernel related, atm custom kernels are using sources that have this bug. Installing this ROM with the STOCK kernel solves this issue and once a newer base is released custom kernels will also fix this issue
- Why i can't see LTE in connection with tmous?
- You need to go into settings-mobile data- network mode and choose gsm/wcdma/lte auto, because a fresh install has gsm/wcdma as default.
- I flashed this theme, but i have some issue.
- At the moment the theme isn't fully compatible with 5.3.0. If you want use it you have to flash 5.1.0!

The Play Store issue seems to be a deeper bug in the 1.28 base if I fix it, I will update for sure

Some tips to save battery life (Thanks wanam):
1) Disable auto sync for accounts if you don't need them. Syncing kills!!
2) Disable GPS and enable it only when you want to use it.
3) Disable auto backup for Gmail account.
4) Set brightness level to automatic.
5) Disable motion if you don't use it from developer options in settings.
6) Check your apps settings and disable useless background sync
7) Use UV (under-volted) kernel. Undervolted means that your device will use relatively less battery to give the same CPU frequency
8) Try out different CPU Governor
9) Use autoStart app or Startup manager to disable un-needed app from automatic startup on boot. It will also make the startup time faster.
10) If you are facing battery juicing, use better battery stats app to find out what application preventing your phone from getting to deep sleep and find out the different types of wake locks.
11) Remove apps you don't use.
12) Enable "Power Saving Mode" from Settings
13) Use "Deep Sleep Batter Saver pro" app from the play store and set the mode to "aggressive", or use Battery Doctor to extend battery life

Description:
N7100 original boot animation flashable zips with choices [boot, shutdown, with / without sounds]. The boot Animation I am referring to is as you can see in the image below:

This is the default Omega ROM boot animation if you wish to rollback to it.
Restore_Charger_Connection_Sound.zip
Some TW Custom ROMs such as OMEGA don't come with charger connection sound. This mod will flash it back so that when you connect your NOTEII to charge, it will peep once in the sense that it got connected to charger.
Installation:
- Download the zip you want
- Place it in your internal or external SD card
- Reboot into Recovery
- Flash it
- Reboot and PINGO.

You can still flash it separately. I have already made flashable zips for everything that I removed in case you want some. Just check the op posts.
