Does anyone else experience crashes with the calendar widget? After I set mine up it will crash the home screen after a while when I go to that part of the screen. It only happens to the widget that lists the agenda entries, not the one that shows the monthly view.

You should try pure grid. I use it ans haven't had any issues. And very customizable

One of my home screens is dedicated to the HTC calendar widget. But it always reports that it's "loading" rather than actually displaying my calendar. Any ideas why?

Just wondering what you guys have set as your lockscreen? Im currently using the Clock, as I found the weather app to get annoying after a while, cool for the first few times though
How about you guys?
I'm using the weather lockscreen and I don't think I'll get tired of it any time soon
Using weather because it's useful and cool.

Anybody figure out if you can make the lockscreen show something other than the current weather?

I think he meant if it's possible to show weather forecast on the lockscreen, not just the current weather and temperature when using the weather lockscreen.
I actually meant if its possible to have another city show besides weather keep polling for your current location.
Close enough
And it seems like you can only have your current location displayed.

Probably only when the lockscreen is visible?
If you go into the weather settings, you can tell it which location is your "current" location and that would be the one showing up. I tested this with Paris, France and my other locations are home, work, and mom's cities.

Using the clock one with the really technical looking clock. It's beautiful, but deep down inside I hate it because it means on the lock screen the time is displayed three times. It's in the status bar, it's above the clock widget, and then of course the clock widget itself.
None of the above, don't like lock screen.
I'm using an app called No Lock, which by pass the lock screen and goes straight to home screen.
Im calling BS on being able to change the weather lockscreen to show anything but the current weather... looked and looked, I see no setting. Now I understand you can change the Clock widget on the homescreen to show different widgets, but not the lockscreen.
Somebody please prove me wrong, and give me a step by step....
Using Widgetlocker as I find the new HTC "ring" unlock system to hard to use when the phone is in a car holder
I'm using my own weather lockscreen. Which is a Pittsburgh Steelers one with weather in front of Heinz field.

Appointments on Lock Screen
Instead of showing weather, I would rather have appointments showing on the lock screen so that one can easily know what is the next appointment without unlocking the device (just like s2u2 does it). Any genius knows how to do that?
Does anyone know a good widget that has a task/to do list. One that is full screen, tried Astrid but not full screen.Saw one for the evo3d but it did not work.

Have you tried the Htc widgets? They have a notes and a tasks one, at least they did when I had them on my Desire. If they are not on the hub I've got the apk's. Ill post them as soon as I get to a PC.

I use Pure Calendar widget to combine my GTasks and calendar into one easy to use, scrollable widget that is highly customizable.
Also check out Pure Messenger if you want one for things like Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, and SMS into one scrollable widget.
Checkitoff Pro is the best one so far!
I really like GTasks. It syncs with my Google Tasks and has a nice widget with reminders and everything!
The weather widget on the homescreen with sense keeps telling me incorrect weather conditions.
Like it will show its raining and its not, but when I click into it, it refreshes and then shows the right thing. I have weather to automatically sync and I also have it set to sync everytime the widget is shown.

I have the same problem.I thought i had a bug,but now i know it is not only me who has this problem.Do all people have this problem or only some of us have it?Any way to fix it?
In my opinion it's weird they would release a flagship phone like this with a big ole beautiful widget out in front if the stock Rom and it not function correctly. It annoys me because the sense time/weather widget is beautiful.

I think the widget actually picks up the weather for the city your in, so if your in a big city it might not show every part of the cities weather.
Looking for a clean calendar widget that basically just shows the upcoming appointments in text, no fancy style or anything.

Event Flow Calendar Widget is really simplistic, really nice simple themes and you can choose to do either the Agenda or a full calendar. Been using it for a while now.
