What is the best app to download hd scrollable wallpapers? The ones that I have downloaded have been distorted.

The screen is WVGA resolution, very common among smartphones. Search the forum (Or google for that matter) for WVGA wallpapers or wallpaper packs and you'll find thousands.
Flickie wallpapers HD apps have the best wallpapers out there.

I didn't do the first one ( city ) it came out pixelated.

It's a sense rom widget. not gonna work without sense.
id check the market for something similar
The port I used on my evo 3D had both of these, the new and weather widget from android looked like it was made to match the clock too..any way to get them?

Are you talking about geniewidget.apk ? Look for the latest gapps for cm9 and the pack should contain the Google apk you want.

I use Dolphin Browser HD. It has a section or whatever for nothing but wallpapers.
I've looked high and low and can't find it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Beautiful widgets theme maybe? Or it looks like it's part of a theme, cause it blends in withthe icons... Never seen it tho

The theme you see is a Go Launcher theme but doesn't include the clock. The developer of the theme has been asked multiple times what the clock is when leaving feedback on Google play with no response. Thanks!
