hey did you see the themes from theofficial work on your rom
I like black theme - just thought it was even better with a black theme

i've tried several apn apps to block the internet and even unchecked the "net always on", still it is "plug" tho the internet!
HELP!!

this might be due to my use of .29 kernel - will try with a .27 kernel if i can find a good one here - thinking using gyds old radio kernel

forgot to mention that! it was one off the 1st steps i toke too delete the apn. the 2nd thing was to download apndroid and disabled the internet, still it's turned on!!!

thats technically impossible to be connected without APN
maybe contact your telco and add a data apn block from their end
that is what I did for my girlfriends line
camera indeed force closes

Many thanks. No problems installing this here. It correctly changed my APN to '3services' (but did not include my MMS APN, which I added manually). The new Market is so much better .... now I can install my paid apps.

I could not get MMS to work on Cyanogen 7. Is it as simple as just pressing the buttons? I don't need to input anything? What is the field to input text under the MMS Tab?

When you flash a rom the only thing you need to change is vtext to mycricket:

you dont need to set a proxy server or user or password or port or anything

So you just need 1 APN entry? with the correct MMS settings?

I have tried to get MMS to work using your app...Has Not worked for me. I am using an AOSP ROM (RUBY)

Same here , doesn't work on CM7 on my evo . The edit current mms apn field is blank , web and market work fine but the mms portion doesn't work and can't send mms
Not sure $3 was worth it just for a better ui and not booting into recovery , maybe if it actually worked

You should mention that to get data/apn settings to work correctly you have to be on the 55$ android plan ...some work on the 45$ like that o.g. Droid but that fixed my issue after correcting my apn settings

Got it to work on HERO CDMA running CM 7.0.2 after a little tweaking THANKS
Just the only issue is i can get fwd MMS msgs, and occasional actual pics, maybe a little more tweaking is in order
Updated 5/21 ----- I managed to get it to work FOR ME that is... It switches from 3G to 1x to send and receive the mms just like it should...

Force closes
Getting force closes on the Hero running Cyanogen mod 7.1 I am not sure what is supposed to happen but if I press the set ip tables button it freezes then I get a force close

to get it to work on the DINC download tokens cricket incredible rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=791917&highlight=cricket
and use or change your recovery to Amon_RA you may have to (toggle signature) in Amon_RA to flash the rom. after you flash his rom everything works right after flashing(mms,talk,text,and data) then reboot into Amon_RA recovery and go to wipe, wipe data from there! DO NOT WIPE DATA FACTOR RESET!! just wipe the data and wipe dalvik-cache and flash CM7 and everything should work. it did on my DINC and it worked on my EVO after i figured out the APNS for my stock evo and then used the same process to flash SYNERGY and everything works!!!

What is still broken:
Phone number might not display correctly in 'About Phone' WiFi issue might still exist (Temp-fix, toggle airplane mode) Themes (create the path /data/system/theme to fix just as before) Gadgets clock is 24hr format
To-Do List:
1. Update frameworks to support Faux123 newer kernels (older ones work well aka: pre nightly85) 2. add mk dir /data/system/theme to updater-script

Plants v. Zombies locks up (ram issue?)
GPS does not lock (or as fast as people want it to)
No Haptic Feedback w/ keyboards
Data does not work (look below for fix)
Camera sucks (replace with http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=16058385&postcount=117)
The clock widget is 24hrs only
Battery life is not good (varies for some)
Some have had reboots and shut offs
Wifi broken (turn on airplane mode then change back)
Cannot receive or send MMS (for some)
Bluetooth broken (for some, most likely a bad flashing of the rom)
The buttons at times dont light up (check below for fix)
wi-fi calling
For a very few, the alarm did not go off. (for some only the first alarm)
Some Fixes and Info:
Theme
Create a folder: "theme" (without quotes) in data/system/ (use a file manager with root access)
Google Voice Fix
Settings -> Programs (tab on top) -> Call Settings -> Enable Third-party access
APN/Data Issues
Vol-Up + Power button (hold till it hard boots) (May need to be done a few times)
- Refer below to the Simple Mobile fix, other providers may need to manually entered as the Simple Mobile APN for proper functionality.

Can some one please help i have ni idea how to create this path: /data/system/theme. Now you can apply themes.in root explorer to get themes to worklease help.

Use root explorer or any root accessible file manager. Go to data/ system/ then this is where you need to create the new folder renamed to theme.

What is MIUI?
Rom Installation: (If you are just upgrading to the next release, skip.steps 3&4, if you are coming from a non miui rom I suggest following all of the steps.)
1. Place MIUI-Infuse-1.*.*.zip on internal SD card
2. Reboot into CWM
3. Wipe data/factory reset
4. Wipe Dalvik Cache
5. Flash MIUI-Infuse-1.*.*.zip
If your phone doesn't boot:
1. Pull battery and put back in
2. Hold volume up, volume down, and power button
3. let go of power button as soon as you see samsung text
4. wait til blue cwm shows
5. Flash MIUI-Infuse-1.*.*.zip again
6. Enjoy!!

1: Download sgs kernel flasher
2: Download CWM community kernel

4: 3 finger until the Samsung logo pops up keep holding the buttons the screen will go black then Samsung logo will come up, let go of the power button and keep hold the volume up and down buttons "For about 20 seconds" then let go it should boot into Red CWM after a few seconds.
5: Go to install zip from SD card go all the way down and run update.zip it will boot back into RED CWM run update.zip again and it should now boot into GREEN CWM
6: From here Re-Flash MIUI "New Release would be smart", Wipe Fact,Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik, Flash, reboot at sign of Samsung logo pull battery, 3 finger into blue recovery and flash again.
7: Presto you should be set and have recovery back.
