Hi. Hope someone can help. I thought device came pre rooted, i was wrong. I have downloaded firmware from Xenophon but when i installed it nothing changed. All apps and settings were just the same. I would really be grateful for any help on this subject and any other help for this device.
Thanks. gary.
I know the c91 update comes rooted since I have one. Download root checker basic from the market. What it didn't come with is a developer recovery like clockwork mod so it's impossible to flash a different rom. Head over to slatedroid.com and check it out for zenithink stuff.

zenithink c91 root
Hi. Thanks very much for your quick reply. Did what you said and root checker said device not rooted. I knew this as i tried installing Titanium backup, Busybox, Superuser and so on. Previously had help from XDA rooting SE ARC. Spent ages on slatedroid but every one takes it that c91 is rooted so not much help. Have you ever tried to post on slatedroid.(not easy)
Thanks anyway. If you have any ideas i would be really grateful.
Regards Gary.

Hi! I have a huge need to root my tablet... It has 2.3.1 Android (I guess that is Gingerbread?). It is M908HC model, if that gives you smth. I tried everything! z4root, SuperOneClick, Gingerbreak (with the adb push, not with apk method; but someone from my local android forum wrote that he tried it with apk file and it didn't work either...). Does anyone have an idea how to root that tablet? Please, I really need that root and I belive that it's possible! If you need some more info about, just let me know. I would be very appreciate for helping me...
Or maybe someone knows where can I find the firmware for Goclevers tablets? I looked on their website and I did't find anything.
Your root

But this tutorial is about WOPADi7 tablet, not the Goclever R93. It ain't make a diffrence? Will it work on my tablet? And it won't brick it?
Did you manage to root the R93 ? I'm in the same situation, and I even want to replace that version of Android because I think is a little slower!
Hi, I've managed to install new rom with root - everything is working especialy calendar, details: freaktab.com/showthread.php?191-Need-help-with-Goclever-R93&p=2029&viewfull=1#post2029

Hello,
I am brand new to this forum and I apologize if this has already been answered elsewhere... I just purchased a samsung galaxys3 and i rooted the phone in order to get my MOGA controller to work with all of my games. I am not a very experienced user when it comes to these things, but everything turned out ok and I was able to use the controller the way I wanted... however, last night Verizon updated my phone to Jellybean 4.1.1 and after the update I no longer have root access Is there a fix for this? I already tried to redo the root process and it is not working. I have the super user app reinstalled but it tells me it does not have superuser permissions... I just wanna play my games. lol... any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

OTA updates usually remove the root. U gotta root it over again. Not with the old procedure u might have used to root when it was on ics. It won't work on 4.1. Use method specific for 4.1. Look into ur respected forum for the steps.

If anyone could point me in the right direction as far as a thread with instructions on how to do this, I would be grateful. I am searching the forum but have yet to find anything.

So I have a friend who has this tablet, a Visual Land Prestige 7, Model # : ME-107-L-8GB, Android 4.2 JellyBean. He tried to root the device using a market app called Towelroot before I could get to him. He says he ran the app and now all his tablet does is freeze up, and as far as we can tell it is still not rooted.
I have successfully rooted 3 separate GS3's and an HTC Evo, so I can say I know my way around a tiny bit, but I sure as heck would never trust any apk to do the rooting for me.
Anyway, I cannot find any support for this off brand or model on the site, so i figured i would ask here. Any one know the correct way to root this particular device? any replies appreciated. Thanks in advance. Sorry if this is in the wrong place, please move it wherever you think it should go.

You could try toweroot root as well...
I have used Bin4ry's method and never have any problems. You can get it here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1886460
The other way would be to use dsixda's Android Kitchen:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=633246
Of course that is a little more involved, but that to has never failed me.
Hope this helps.
i also had a tablet with no brand name, vroot did it for me.
Use FRAMAROOT

I've used Framaroot and KingRoot to gain access to the tab to change the firmware to try something different! It didn't work on both! I'm trying to fit a Lollipop firmware in this tab! Can anyone guide me on how to root this tab! Thanks in advance! :

Hello, this is herna from XDA Assist.
Well, the only three ways I know to root a device are Kingroot, Framaroot and flashing SU throught recovery. Since you´ve tried both of them, I would suggest you to search on Google about it, since we don´t have a G-Tab P700+ section in our forum, which means nearly no development for it.
You could try to search if there is other developer, and the best way to get root working would be tweaking the kernel, which requires a little of knowledge.
As said before, try on search information along Google, and good luck with it.
Cheers!
