I had a similar problem after I deleted something from my rooted stock ROM. Reinstalling voice search from Market caused force closes (I tried to install different versions). Solved the problem after re-flashing.

Its not even rooted haha so couldnt have deleted any sys info or anything! Not sure if it might be some kinda glitch in the f/w variant?
Hi I have a question.
when I try to install any apps from market following message appears "apps name" could not be downloaded due to an error (403). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. My device is Nexus S gt-i9020t

I signed in another Google account but still the same...
Anyone have a same problem? Everything else is working fine. I emailed to google help center so hopefully it can be solved. Otherwise I might go back to gingerbread. I was very excited about ICS.

Go to mobile networks, access point names and click on the APN and delete any value in the proxy setting.
Worked for me, I can download again over 3G
At the moment, my phone rebooted out of no where and not my ability to type in any app, email, text, has gone to hell. I tried rebooting and reinstalling the rom and still no luck. The keyboard doesn't show up at all. Please help. I'm currently running the Android Revolution HD 6.2.1. XE Rom. This is the first time this has ever happened. Thanks in advance.
Oh and one thing I noticed was that under running processes, Touch Input keeps restarting. Not sure if that's normal.
I would try superwiping and then re-installing ARHD. Check the ARHD thread for the Superwipe script.

Go to language and input menthod in setting . It will show the available keyboards . Just enable it to use. If it does not show any keyboard install a keyboard app from market .
Secondly before doing reinstall I will suggest to do a fix permission in recovery.
Hello guys. This is my first post on the forum. My problem is that my phone running 4.2.1 can't install apps or any updates from Play Store via WiFi. I haven't tested downloading with 3G yet. When I click the "Install" or "Update" button in Play Store, the d/l bar pops up with the "Waiting on network" above. the d/l never starts. I think it is because of my phone and not the WiFi router because my old LG L3 running stock 2.3.6 has no problems. My phone is currently on the stock ROM and rooted but i've flashed custom ROMs before. I've tried many solutions on the Internet like deleting Play Store's updates, data and cache, but none works. I don't want to factory reset my phone. Can anyone fix this? Thanks in advance. And sorry for my bad English if there are any mistakes.
I can't seem to connect via Air Mirror for my Galaxy S4. My phone is stock & rooted. Android 4.4.2, firmware version I9500XXUGNH4. I'm running Xposed if that has anything to do with this.
Same here. AirMirror isn't working either. Galaxy S4, rooted, Android 4.4.4 Goldeneye ROM v45. Really would love it to work!!!
same here. air mirror not working, rooted 4.4.2 ozcan room i9500.
xposed installed.
Yes, I have the same trouble with my Galaxy s3, Rooted and stock android 4.3... airmirror don't stop loading the screen
Connecting to your device...
and nothing else happen, but airdroid got the su rights though
Not working for me either on my Galaxy Note 4, stock, rooted, xposed and SELinux permissive...
Says connecting, airdroid gets SU privilege and runs the vncServer command, but nothing happens.
Would really love this to work!
I'm on a s4 google edition rom 4.4.4
I don't think AirDroid 3 has even asked for SuperSU rights, everytime I open the app it just crashes and says "Unfortunately, AirDroid has stopped." Haven't once gotten it to work. I finally did get the windows client to login but that's useless since the app on my phone crashes everytime I try to open it.

Did you try clearing the AirDroid's app cache/data then trying again? If still crashing, uninstall, reboot, then reinstall. Usually fixes right up for me. Good luck. But, I also still can't get AirMirror to work, but the app opens without any glitches for me.

It doesn't work on my Mac/Yosemite & Samsung Galaxy Note 4 either. I granted SuperSU on the phone and on the Mac it opens the AirMirror window and just hangs at "Connecting to your device..."

Yes I cleared data, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, even did it again after you gave the advice to....still crashing right after I open the app. Then I get weird quick vibrations with no error messages.

Yikes sorry friend. Don't know what to tell you. Their blog says may not work with some ROMs, etc. Dunno.

Thank you for your help my friend. I tried looking on their blog (At least the first page) and couldn't find any text about ROM compatability. Could you link me to the post if you have any free time?
It is strange because the previous version of AirDroid was working just fine on the same ROM but the new version 3 doesn't work and I don't see why it shouldn't work...unless they completely rewrote the app which I doubt

Sure here you go. Found it in the help pages way towards the bottom. Strange like you said the prior version worked but this one doesn't. LINK

That is specifically for AirMirror though so I am going to keep searching for answers. Right now a lot of people can get the app to open but just can't get mirror to work, I can't even get the app open. Is there any way to look at a log of what is going on when I open the app? Like if I used logcat on an IDE would it give me an error report that I could send to the devs? Or is there an error log stored somewhere in the airdroid folder?
There an AirDroid update but still no luck for me when trying AirMirror. C'mon already!!!
airdroid crashes for me too on google edition rom. I guess it's not working on gpe roms
not working for me too; im on S2 with root, xposed and stock rom, so maybe is not just a custom rom thing >.<
The apk from this thread fixed the force close on S4 GPE but airmirror still doesnt work: http://forum.airdroid.com/discussion/14071/airdroid-3-stopped-on-samsung-phone#latest
i have both a Galaxy S4 I9505 and a Sony Ericsson ST26i. Both rooted and airmirror doesnt work on either.
It does say beta so we might have to wait for an upgrade on the PC desktop client
I'm having the same problem, can't wait to try AirMirror on GS4 running Google Play rom, I get the notifications, can access cal logs, sms, etc.. but can't make airmirror to work it gets stuck at connecting to your device.
This is on a Hackintosh running Yosemite.
Adding my two cents
PC Client on Windows 7 works fine for everything but airmirror, which times out trying to connect.
