hi i have ben tryng a few mothods on xda to root my s4 i9505 locked to 3 contract sim in the uk....since i did not suceed with my found methods i tryd a few programs i already had.
KINGO ANDROID ROOT for pc is a one click root method just plug your device in and press root.....device will reboot and superSU will be instaled.
i cant see any worres with trying this it will either root your device or not but not damage it, also this mite work on other s4 versions and it will also root other devices

congrats whatever is you success, but i9050 has nothing in common with i9500, i9505, i9505G neither i9506 ... maybe try i9000 XDA sections

ofc, it is always worthy to know more than one method
but this is development section, and you did not develop anything, right? maybe ask for moving the thread into apps? or general?
