EDIT: wow I'm dumb.
I use TwLauncher, mainly because, the rom I use is a leaked ICS rom, courtesy of Samsung/AT&T. I wish I could change it.

Stock is touchwiz. There are other launchers you can use which are far better and have more options to customize

No problem man! I love apex, and also golauncher for when I'm on gingerbread. But for ICS, apex is my fave
Went from Trebuchet to 360 Launcher to Apex Launcher.
I like Apex Launcher now, I just keep all my shortcuts at the bottom and scroll through them keeping the desktop clean and havent had any problems with it.

you could use something like Titanium Backup, it has an uninstall feature

also, if you are 'stuck' in nexus launcher
settings --> applications --> Manage Applications --> filter --> all --> Launcher --> clear defaults --> Home (key)

Here is a new launcher I created for the Zen My Touch rom. This will update everything you see on the screen shots so make sure you want to use it. This will update your taskbar, icons in taskbar, clear lockscreen, as well as the infamous Droid Launcher. Flash via recovery and make a backup. Enjoy!

My guess is this is from an older version of the Zen My Touch rom. Since then its been revamped numerous times. Frameworks change blah blah blah.

Where did you get that lock screen? Is that an app that replaces it or did you theme the framework apk to look like that???

BTW, this works for ADW as well. I just tried it.
I got this problem where if I try to add shortcuts to my screens (any of them) Launcher Pro crashes... (using the latest unlocked version)
Running a rooted and deodexed 2.3.3 if it makes a difference, at any rate I got around that by long pressing the screen and adding shortcuts through that menu...
Also had trouble finding the "default" app drawer icon so I took a screenshot and cropped it via photoshop...

It worked for me. I just tried it & didn't like it at all. Had no settings to it & is very plain. Needs a LOT of work if it wants to compete with other launchers. I did like the running apps look & feel in the dock. If this is just the start of it, looks like it could be promising.
Mmmm, I think I prefer Go Launcher.

yeah its good too but these themes are lot better than and more than go locker themes
I personally really like the HTC Sense 3.0 (ring) lockscreen. So for that reason I use MagicLocker with a Sense 3.0 theme. I used to have that MIUI lockscreen too, but I really missed the shortcuts.
i had tried miui lockscreen but it would cause the screen 'on' n 'off' when pressed the forward/backward button on bt while playing music.
I wonder when we are going to get miui rom for SGR ! :-/. I absolutely love it on moto XT720 thanks to khalpowers .
