[Q] Need Help with ROM

hey guys, so i just rooted my asus tf-101 tablet and installed CM9 ROM on it, it runs great and love it... how ever my problem i am having right now is with my aps, how the heck do i get google play installed and also all my other aps? please help.
Thanks!
You need to flash the gapps ICS .zip using CWM. I recommend 4-29, it is most stable, you can find it here: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip

how can i get certain features from one rom to another?

hey i am currently following the CM10 nightly releases and installing each one as they come out but today i tried the JellyBam rom stable release and i wanted to know how i could take the settings for Paranoid android and make a flashable zip for everytime i update to the newest nightly
i have tired to follow tuts on how to port ParanoidAndroid but it didnt work out for me i am getting stuck in the boot logo loop.
i want just paranoid settings i dont want the aokp or the jellybam settings.
thanks for taking time to read this. and hope i get help lol
Still no help

[Q] On CyanogenMod 10.1-20130624 nightly but can't figure out how to update =/

Hey guys,
So I haven't picked up my tf300t for quite a long time and I'm on CyanogenMod nightlys and I go to update it but it keeps looping the asus logo on me.
running
CyanogenMod 10.1-20130624-NIGHTLY-tf300t
I try and use goomanager to update my nightly to the newest nightly build "cm-10.2-20130904-NIGHTLY-tf300t.zip" and when it reboots it just loops on me.
So thankfully i've backed up myself and restore to my current build cm10.1-20130624nightly.
Anways, so I install the latest TWRP build
openrecovery-twrp-2.6.1.0-tf300t-JB.blob 2013-08-29 21:45:14 PDT
thinking that that might help, seeing as how i'm running android v. 4.2.2
It doesn't help. So i try and flash the 9/4 cm 10.2 nightly via TWRP and it still won't work.
I'm just really wondering what step I'm missing. I know I've probably missed something obvious so I don't mind if you guys lay into me for being a moron. I just would like to be running the latest CM10.2 nightly out there right now.
TIA you guys, I'll keep searching these threads for help, but if you can, tell this idiot OP what he's missing and what he should do. Stay classy yall

It might be an issue with the version of your bootloader, to use CM 10.2 yo need to update your bootloader and to do so yo need update to the latest stock and then update to the custom rom you wan´t.
Also is it unlock, if you you need to install twrp 2.5

[Q] issue DL CyanogenMod 11.0 update..

Hi,
First off - thank you to the devs for the updates to the Xoom, it's great that this keeps going.
So I did the root/install of CyanogenMod 11.0 about 3 or 4 months ago on my Wingray Xoom & everything went pretty smoothly.
I think there have been 2 updates with out a problem (I am currently on build: cm-11-201-40708-unofficial-2037+0200)..
I see there is a new update. It acts like it's downloading, but then does nothing & needs to download again.
The version I am trying to get is:
cm-11-201-40806-unofficial-2004+0200
Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks,

Hi there mate,
Are you by any chance using a CM downloader app from the play store? If you are, why don't you just download it off the computer and transfer it to your xoom and flash it through recovery?
With regards,
Beston94
Motorola Xoom Stingray CM 11
i downloaded the CM 11 update for motorola xoom, it work's great.. with minor issues on apps closing by itself especially setting, but i think its beacause of the themes i've installed haha
anyway try downloading on the computer, then flash it on your phone, with clean cache, rom and internal storage
"sorry for my bad english" haha i'm a filipino
