Hello guys, I am here and wil ldevelop any apps you need to be developed for the Galaxy tab, I am not charging a penny for it, but if you feel like supporting me , donations are always welcome, lets find an idea and if i get more than 3 people asking for the same, i will develop it asap . . . . .

They are the same size in escence. Its just the way the dev has scaled the icons. I doubt there's anything you can do to change the size of them in the app drawer.

Use adw with fancey backgrounds. That should make you feel better. They are all the same size, its just that they aren't all squares so it looks funny

MIUI does something like that for some of it's themes! It basically adds a thick border alongside all icons to ensure all icons are of the same size!

pretty much everything else i want to have on screen but dont have space for
nothing i hate more than a load of homescreens to then have to search stuff again

Looking for a new launcher..

Okay so I'm running PACROM and I want a new launcher.. kinda like an iPad one, the reasoning for this is because i never use widgets so I go straight to the app menu every time i wanna load something so i wouldnt mind cutting that out so just having all my apps on the home screen like thanks

This isn't quite what you're saying but similar I use GMD and I created one gesture that brings up about fifty of my most used apps. its real handy
. One two finger Pinch for that one then another two finger Expand for all the settings shortcuts. I rarley go to the drawer now and my 2 (only) Homescreens are only a clock and my wallpaper. Super fast setup.

Hi launcher on playstore are good, same as iphone but have more fitur like hiden app etc.. try Hi notification and Hi setting too and walaaaa.. you have an apple phone

i confirm it works on our device.

I dont think it will work at all for devices below 4.0. I think you need 4.0 at least. Well maybe you can try just install it normally

Launcher dont have setting menu, it's ugly and slow.
Zero customization.

I would guess it's not the final launcher just the app taken from somewhere. Also I think if tgere is a setting menu you'll only have it with 4.4

If u think launcher is too big i changed it via dpi 210/220 so it will have 4x5 grid and kinda small search bar. And i made this my default since i get below 300mb on carbon rather than trebuchet on 345mb. Its lighter than touchwiz though u might as well give it a try. Sorry quote is broken on xda app for me

I have this launcher and I love it, but I dislike the dependence that google has created between the launcher amd google now. I think they want to control us more than what they have just done.

You can always disable google now from new launcher.

Any large Launcher for my grandma ?

Any advice? I bought a note3 for her but she complain the phone is too complex,the font and button are so small for her. Any large launcher simple enough for her, like a senior phone?

Well I was just about to suggest you try Easy Mode, there isn't anything easier/bigger then that.
Now I don't usually say things like these, but you bought your grandma the wrong phone. A flagship phablet is not for someone who finds Easy Mode confusing. Consumerism must die.

Windows 7 / 8 Launcher. Very simple.

Easier mode is the best. You need to guide her with heart. If easier mode she also can't accept. Then you need to make everything she need to use in one page.

You might root the phone and then in build.prop change screen dpi. Use nova launcher and place everything in one or two pages. Hide dock and status bar(so that she doesn't gets lost) and for battery info use battery widget reborn.
