Theoretically? Yes, but I highly doubt that anyone is going to put that much effort in porting to an 'obsolete' version.

ROM Galaxy S advance to i9003

Today, samsung officially release new 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OFFICIAL ROM firmware for galaxy S advance.
Is it possible any modder could port it to i9003?
I think it is same hardware except the mhz of the phone but maybe we could port this stock rom to I9003.
Any ideas?
Yes its possible. Even roms from other family, they can port it. But its not what they prioritize. After finishing Kernel 3 then i believe new ROMS everyday will come out.
FYI, galaxy S advance specs are totally different from our phone i9003.
porting from it will be meaningless.
galaxy s official ics should be port to our sl

No. None of the other Samsung devices have the same specifications as our i9003. There is also no official ICS for Galaxy S.
Any ROM can be ported to our device till the ROM has the same DPI as our device for example dhiru ported the stock ICS ROM from galaxy s2 to galaxy s 19000

I think we can just left them dream about what they want to dream...
explaining technical stuff they won't accept it and won't understand it.
They will just think that porting will be very EASY

How can I install latest android version on my rooted galaxy S2?!

I have rooted my Samsung galaxy S2 GT-I9100 with ics 4.0.3 on it and I'm wondering how can I install the latest android version (like that on Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2) on my device.

You going to need to find a ROM that has it. In running jellybam which is 4.2.2. I think they have s2 ROMs. I have s3 so not 100%. Go to galaxys2root.com they have a list of stable ROMs for s2, s3 and note
