Hello,
Here is final version of my sound enhancer fix, witch include Beats, SRS, Dolby, and more EQ presets. All effect are from HTC standard libs, basically it's Sense 3.6's effects ported to Sense 4.
Effect are SYSTEM WIDE, i.e. ALL apps are affected, not only music player. I think it also affect ringtones and voice call but I haven't tested yet.

but can u please check the zip file again ?..
there is a system folder inside another system folder.
so it might not be working for the people flashing directly from here..
not sure if it still worked. I'm happy to correct myself if i'm wrong & i'm sorry

can OP or anyone tell me what files are tied to beats? I'm trying to port beats to the HTC amaze which has ICS and sense 3.6 and is basically the same phone as the sensation ( minus the better camera of course).. any help you offer is greatly appreciated

So,this is MegaBassBeats audio sound enchancer for galaxy y !
I made this for the requests of many galaxy y users,i borrowed my friends phone and voila..
as you probably already know,this is a sound enchantment drivers.
FEATURES:
[*] Much better than beats audio and SRS!!

INSTALLATION:
[*]copy the .zip to sd card
[*]boot in to the recovery
[*] install .zip from sd card and choose this zip.
NOTES:i dont know if this works for froyo,it has been only tested on cm7,so dont spam the thread with useless questions!!

At what frequency would you called a mega ,or heavy bass attenuation.Low frequency starting from 20 HZ to 60 hz gives a sub woofer sound.In case of other concert like sounds they usually increase the intensity of around at 80hz to around 120hz.
20 hz is the pink floyd's heart beat somewhere in dark side of the moon.
I kinda make my own subwoofer,, coz i like sub frequency a lot..Im an audio enthusiast.Im just crazy of good sound.
But using apps like dsp,,or other apps they seem to amplify 80 hz or even higher.this makes no good bass.

first...everyone is free to repost, modify all my work in XDA. I'm not taking credits to any of them.
second...this mod original name is megabassbeat created by dehumanized. I have asked him to port it to galaxy y and modify some part of it. you can find my thread here. it contain the the link for the files and more details like how it works and how to modify it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1646406 OP doesn't do anything except rename the filename then claim this mod as his work. everything inside it is exactly same with mine.
well...as I've said, everyone is free to modify my work. they don't need my permission if they want to modify it. I don't care if he doesn't mention my name or put the original link in their post after they modify it. nevertheless, in this case OP is basicly steal my work then claim it as his work. I'm afraid it is his second attempt to steal someone's work and he has warned before.

Hi Lolation, thanks for porting this to our device.
But I am currently Beat audio V3 for xperia and it works in CM9.
It contain SRS which we also can change to DSP manager in Setting>Sound>Music Effect, but SRS I cant hear various changes to sound effect.
Can you port it and test whether it works?

i'm familiar with every mod/tweak out there for our phones i was referring to beats with the tweaked dsp files which this1 includes ! thanks for the link though
Did you make it yourself? Cause it looks like an exact replica of this thread, ripoff maybe? Not even a mention of the original thread?
I guess it is the same as the thread mentioned cause I had flashed the zip about three days back itself when I bumped into it in the android app development page...but anyways thanks for the share !!!

However Dev have a small problem.
The speaker volume for the speaker phone is extremely low.
If i understand correctly that this ROM is based on parudthz's Rom. The unofficial rom had a great call speaker volume .

I've tried your first ROM as well and this one Looks awesome. Will try it and give feedback..

I agree. Volume is low when playing on speaker. The wi fi hotspot does not work either.
No flaws otherwise.
Can you also add the ability to merge contacts? I've seen it only in the stock rom so far.

maybe it's just me, but that seems like a ridiculous way to go about adjusting the size/number of the icons on your home screen. i wasn't really too keen on making this change anyhow, since i don't really have anything more that i wish to add to my home screen. thanks though
It works well, but as you can see in that picture above there's overlap between the clock widget and icons, and the outline that appears when an app is being moved is misaligned for apps in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rows, and nonexistent for the 5th row.
Is it at all possible to move the top of the first row up and increase the spacing between rows to fix this problem?
Any other links besides MediaFire? It's blocked in China. I've always wanted a 4x5 or 5x5 homescreen. I'm itching to try this.

Its not working properly on Viper 1.2 evrithing is out of line. Can u fix it...
