Hello guys I've already downgraded my lumia 710 to Qualcomm boot loader using Nokia Care Suite. I've almost been through every relevant posts on many different forum sites but found no reliable/satisfying answer. Use of Linux was the only thing I could ever find. So my question here is can I ever interlop/full unlock my aforementioned device on windows or flash a custom rom(rainbowmod) using any possible software without having to use Linux??? Please help if any possibilities

Hi iv got every thing setup to unlock the boot loader but now find out you need a pin which nokia doesnt give out (only nokia 8) was hoping to root with magisk but not sure how to continue without unlocking the boot loader. Is there some way to unlock the boot loader?
