Can you specify if and how would you disable Google+ for example?
I succeed with Twitter for HTC Sense and CAR but tried the Google+ and Locations with no success...

Same way I did for the other apps, settings>apps>choose the app to disable>click the "disable" button on the top right

Thank you for that.
I noticed your version vs. mine and then I found out that I got an update which made this software to disable the enable/disable button.
Once I removed those updates I could disable the software.
No problem, glad you got it sorted out now

Great review!
It takes care of a lot of the questions I had about the S.
The only two turn off's for me on this phone is the lack of a removable battery and no SD Card slot, NFC would be nice. It's still top of my potential upgrade list.

I went to HTC's website and found that a new device was on their home page. Here's the link: http://www.htc.com/www/product/snap/overview.html. Looks a lot like a Blackberry Curve. I just though you fellow XDA'ers would like to know. Youtube Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gP1QYzC5P5o. Apparently, if you hit the button in the very bottom right corner while you're in your inbox, it will filter out all email that isn't on a special list you make. So in theory, you could hit the button to filter out all email except that of your biggest two clients, or something like that. I'll bet that will be ported to other devices before it's even released. I'm pretty sure you answered your own question there. Camera off...no extra juice. Camera on...extra juice.
It's probably more of a novelty item than anything else. I could imagine it would get annoying most of the time when background colors are similar to the key colors.

Glad to hear that mate, I also bought the pro version since I have used it on each phone since the past 3 years or so and really like the dark mode that comes with it
Oppo should include it by default. At this price you're not supposed to compromise. Let's hope they implement it in a future update.
