[Q] Screen Lights up automatically at standby - HTC Sensation

I bought a new HTC Sensation around 2 weeks back.
It has been working perfectly well, but suddenly from today afternoon, the screen lights up automatically.
I check numerous times, but even the signal was not low, and no notifications appear any time.
Any suggestions or known issues ?

[Q] screen won't time out

Has anyone had their screen stop timing out? I've had my phone for 11 months, noticed this problem periodically but now my screen won't time out at all. My phone has been rooted for 6 months, never any big problem with the screen. About 3 weeks ago it stopped timing out completely. I have adjusted the settings from 2-1-.5 minutes, and it would work for the first while then it stops. I haven't installed anything on my phone that I can say triggered this. Resetting and taking the battery has no effect. I believe I have froyo on here.
Thanks for your help

[Completed] Nexus 5 screen problem

Hi,
I have this really weird stuff going on with my Nexus 5 screen. I cracked it a couple months ago and bought a legit replacement screen for it and installed it myself (glass, lcd and frame). I fixed it with good instructions and it worked properly for two months. However though, now when I take it out of a pocket and try to turn screen on, sometimes it just doesn't light up. It's still on and every button works but the screen doesn't turn on. I have to give it a light tap or two on the back in order to make it light up again. Same thing happens sometimes when I'm using the phone normally, the screen just goes black and goes on after tapping it couple of times. Otherwise the phone works normally like it did when I bought it two years ago and after running couple of tests with screen, everything seems to work from touch interface to the graphics card.
Tried looking it up, no results.
I've noticed that the front camera doesn't work for some reason (probably just broken) and the battery lasts in use only 2-4 hours which isn't that much of an issue since I'm looking for a new phone. I just want this one to last long enough till I buy a new one.

Unable to Wake Device

Hello everyone, got the g5 on the 31st and so far absolutely love it. However, I have experienced one problem several times:
When using the flashlight with the screen off for an extended period of time, the phone becomes unresponsive to waking and you're forced to pull the battery or hold down the power button. This has occurred twice for me so far. I have also had it become unresponsive once while just sitting on the desk with the screen off (no flashlight this time). Not really sure what the deal is.
Will report on any other issues.

Backlight turns on, unable to display anything

I bought an Xperia XZs from a website called DWI Digital Cameras about a year ago (they've closed down recently due to the new GST regulations). I've had this issue since the day I received it and I thought it wasn't that big of a deal at the time, but it's gotten to a really bad point now.
The issue is that very often when I try to wake up the phone (like almost half the time) the screen does not display anything while the backlight turns on. The backlight might also flash multiple times as if it's trying to get the rest of the screen to wake up. This issue would usually go away for a bit if I either tried to open a camera app from the lockscreen (via double-pressing the power button) or rebooted the phone - the backlight would turn on and off a few times and the rest of the screen would temporarily work again. But now, it seems to be not working no matter what I try.
I'm pretty sure that there's nothing wrong with the screen itself, I even got it replaced once after I accidentally dropped and shattered it and the issue still did not go away. The issue also persists no matter what ROM I have installed as well.
Any experts on this? Cheers.

Black screen after screen replacement

Hello, about 4 months ago I bought a used S7 in very good condition. After about a month of use, a fairly common problem occurred - the screen only worked at a sufficiently high temperature. So I decided to replace the display. After the replacement, everything worked correctly, there were no problems with the phone. A month passed and one day the display stopped working completely. The notification LED is working properly, the phone turns on and off (vibrations also work). I'm not sure if the display responds to touch, from my observations it seems that it doesn't. I tried all the reset button combinations. What can I do in this situation?
