Working on it Will be back this week or the next with improved version of Lightning ROM.
EDIT: Major issues trying to make an Odin package, cant boot after flashing Gives me that Android lying down with chest open pic.
Gonna try it!! Hope i get it to work with restore tried that once with broodtom and that didn't work out for me.

make sure you have feamode 1.4 installed and should work
This folder looks different than my other backups. Is that right?
have a subforder and in there only a tar file... Or does unpack with root explorer just not work?

Unrar and then place the folder that has date as its name to your sd card folder
clockworkmod/backup, if you dont have these folders you can create them.
this cfw look beautifull
can i use it (stock rom jpkp3)?
i flashed it
it's a wonderfulle cfw
very fast
but i have issues with :
internet browser (force close)
camera failed
lease fix that
and i don't like luncher (sorry for that)

It is still on your phone... just use an app like rootexplorer, navigate to /system/media and delete the bootanimation.zip file.

@Fuss, I have reloaded ICS on my mobile and when i update with this zip the reoaded ICS settings are wiped off as both of it carry SystemUI.apk. Will it be possible to integrate both the apk in one.
@fuss, I have three requests:
1. Can you please update your cm9 rom with this multitasking enhancement.
2. Can you make flashing INFINITUM idiot proof single step flash (without alpha2)?
3. Can you put a clean wipe script in rom installer (making it idiot proof).

Try to make a FactoryReset and reflash the mod.

I assume that you are on deodexed rom because this mod will work only with deodex roms.
Just replace the android.policy.jar file from stock LPY using es file explorer or root explorer and reboot.

I think its for smoothness & comparability as its based off the Desire HD sense 3.0 RUU and not a Runnymeade port.

Fantastic ROM. Samsungs optimisations make for an amazing experience. I cant live without the mini app tray, samsungs original media player and their custom notification menu so this works better for me that CM9 and CM10!
One question though - is there a way to theme the ROM so its more ICS like (black and blue). The Galaxy ROM HD had a theme like this and we'd love it if you could do the same for this ROM

unfortunately I did not port themes, so I can not do that

is this emmc erase bug disabled in kernel?
