Hey I got the official ICS 4.0.3 update on my xperia ray. I don't however don't like the way they changed the theme from the Holo to their own custom theme. Can any one tell me how I can get exactly ICS Holo theme that is used in Galaxy Nexus ? I can't root my device so there can be a file like ftf, where I can just flash it in. I would love to hear from some of you as soon as possible. I hope there is some brilliants here whom previously showed a great afford at XDA forum. Thank you so much.

Go to xperia ray room mate. There already some Rom that uses aosp theme there.

Installation Notes
Make sure you do a full wipe before installing. Install through recovery, just like any other ROM. After installing the ROM you can flash Tiamat kernel if you like, this ROM comes with Cyanogen Mod Kernel. Wipe the cache after flashing the custom kernel. Add-ons for the ROM are available on the 2rd post

Yes, that is the only bug I came across , couldn't find a fix for it. will upload a .rar containing all of the Samsung wallpapers tomorow

Bro good work but a couple of suggestions...
Even a die hard samsung fan would agree that touchwiz ui is dull and sad...
So it would be great if you could release someting like pure oxygen 2.3.3 (is there any major difference between it and 2.3.2 ???) with couple of decent themes so that people can decide...
Else may be some ics themed or any such rather than touchwiz...
Sorry if this was a bit harsh but seeing such an awesome base on such dull touchwiz theme couldn't resist...

Pure oxygen has already been released so if you're not happy with this you can go use oxygen rom.

Actually I quite like touchwiz , the reason I got the DS is because of the excellent build quality. Different people have different tastes. if you don't like it, you don't have to use it. That is the good thing about Android, freedom and choice.

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but yes there are quite complete themes for most of the launchers.
However, if you are referring to an entire OS skin, then it will depend on your device and perhaps someone has made a custom ROM with an ICS skin for your phone.

Perfect. I used these before I rooted
Go Launcher is pretty good with the ICS skin. Although it doesn't do it for the actual dial pad when making a phone call. It skins the app drawer and desktop. I ended up getting the SKYICS 4.2 rom for my GS2 LTE and love it.
I like it lot better than touchwiz. Also the official ICS update from Samsung for their Galaxy S2 is a lot like gingerbread so much so that its difficult to tell you have even upgraded the operating system.

Flash a custom ROM for your phone! It's quite easy and imo the devs here tweak the firmware VERY well!
But many ics are bugged

Apex is only for 4.0+
i prefer nova launcher
Holo Launcher is probably the best ICS launcher ive used. As for the other apps, you can probably find themed versions somewhere on the market that are really nicely themed. But if there's a ROM for the Hero that's ICS themed, I would love to know.

those ar for cm7.. this guy wnats them for stock rom! which i dont think there is any.. so upgrade to cm7 or cm9
somewhere around i found a black transparent theme for x10.... but i dont know if its workin with stock.... maybe you could just use uot kitchen and make your own theme? thats the way i did it always and it worked great and was beautiful...
unfortunately im movin to ics now so cant use it anymore but You will find it very interesting i think

I recently rooted my phone and installed cm10.1 and the capabilities of it were brilliant and much more advanced than the gingerbread. However I really like the original gingerbread look and feel so I wanted to ask if any one knows any Roms that have a gingerbread look but have the capabilities and feel of a jelly bean rom?

if you mean calendar etc then you can install sense-themed aps or use ics rom with htc sense like sabsa or ice_ds, viper, you will get better camera too. There are not JB Sense roms.
couldn't find a 2.3.5 sense theme but if you search in the play store with the following criteria you will find some examples.
"cm10 sense theme"

You can use FullySamsung v1.0.1. Thanks to samsung, with the crappytouchwiz UI your phone will look like it runs GB even if it runs one of the latest android version :good:
