My Mobile operator(Turkcell), have TV+ application for HTC sensation XL in his own market.
but when i go to market with my sensation, it says it is inconpatible etc.
it is posible to set my phone to looks like htc sensation XL to market application?
like edit build.prop etc ?

Can you not hold of the .APK and manually install the app? I would guess you might have some issues with the difference in screen resolution between the Sensation and the XL though.

no, i cant hold that apk unfortunately!
but i think resolution will not be a problem for a tv/video app (full screen is full screen)

G2x has manual focus but sensation doesn't.
any chance to get that function in sensation ???
Lets take step one first before any talk about ports.
When you tap the screen the camera manually focuses. Is this not what you want?

I'm talking about the manual focus use the slide bar to control... Not the touch focus ..It's more accurate than touch if I need to do some micro adjust

If you had to ask this I wouldnt suggest you do any rooting and you go do some more reading in the forum. no offense meant.

i got S-off and rooted... what now???
isn't like too early to port over something ? whereby roms and kernel havent been develop yet? i guess is a step by step process? unless you port the camera yourself and put it in the development area? just kidding ... who knows someone or some developer may port it over to the sensation ... cheers....

Mine works just fine
photo gallery bug
Bug resolved in picasa gallery, I was not able to see photos, when I choose a picassa gallery it starts to flash and didn't show any photo.
Now works correctly.

Noticed a new app called HTC likes
No CRT animation?
Sound has been boosted, At least from the speaker I can notice a big difference. Also the the stock music app is picking up the embedded album art correctly now on my imported iTunes library.
HTC likes was always there, and it's still bloatware :-( the real changes for me are better dual core support and gtalk video, so now you don't poorly supported third party apps, like VTalk. Now I can use a poorly supported Google App!

Is the speaker really louder? I'm dying to get this, but fully rooted and Rom'd up.
Definitely seems louder to me.
Tried the game Cordy off the Market and the graphics spaz out to look like when a desktop pc GPU is dying. Also the stock browser closes all windows except the one you have open when you close it.
I can confirm on 2.3.4 on a stock Sensation by pressing home and power it will take a screen shot and photos will be in the camera shots album.. Pretty freaking nice of them to include this feature
I'm looking for a program to resize images that i have collected for a downanimation.. just need to resize them to fit my sensations screen. Any suggestions?
Just resize on pc?
I'd like a program with more options if this makes sense.

Sure if it can completely edit a boot and downanimation... The resolution in the pngs are for a hd desire i believe so they're small on my htc sensations screen.

I'm also on ordroid, but, when I take a photo on instagram, all freezes and stops responding (non of buttons working on instagram or other buttons), when screen lights out and press turn on button (hope to go to lock screen) it boots on as switched on. Reinstall does all the same
Works fine on VI 4.0.1. Although personally I don't see what is all the hype about.

It's another 'cool' app to have for photo blogging - effects are quite nice
Just installed instagram.. currently using sense 4.0 insert coin rc1.. took some photos and upload it to fb.. one FC occurred when to choose profile pic.. the rest seems to be ok...

I always try to take the best picture with realistic colours , why would I ruin it with lame filters that mimic old camera ?

Hi!
It looks like it is not currently possible, the HTC Camera app is only compatible with 800x480 devices...

It took me a while to track down a URL for this app! ^^
Anyway, fiddler cannot enable us to install this app on our 8X.
It is unfortunate that the app will not work on 8X, because it looks interesting.
