This is my first post so here goes.
I have looked as much as I can for a solution to the problem I am having.
Sorry if this has already been answered.
I have a Sensation ( the phone not the other thing ). I have been running the latest Insertcoin ROM 3.6 no problem, excellent, love it. OK bored now so I have tried the Sense 4.0 from Insert. Initially all runs fine, this has given me a new phone. The problem I have had, and has forced me back to 3.6 is the following :
When I press the on/off button on the top I seem to get a massive pause ( blank screen ) almost feels like the phone is doing something else, after this pause of about 20 seconds I get the normal screen, I pull the tag to activate, I then get the same pause. After this the phone runs fine, until I press the off button again then I get the same.
I have tried all I can, reflash, reload. someone mentioned to me that perhaps my SD card is too full I have about 1gb left.
Can someone help ? love Sense 4.0 ...need sense 4.0
Any idea ?
I'm using sensation with Ordroid...i think Ordroid is better than Insertcoin ...
Are you running sense 4 with no problems

Hi Guys,
I just got a HD2 yesterday and installed CMYLXGO's Stock Desire HD2 build on it. Everything seems to be working nicely, but I've had one instance where it rebooted when I tried to wake it from sleep and another just now where the keypad lights up when I tried to wake it from sleep, but the screen doesn't turn on at all.
Unfortunately, I don't have enough post count to post in the actual build thread, so I was wondering if anyone here could provide some assistance.

I do like this CMYLXGO rom also, I flashed 1.17 lite edition on HD2 WWE, all went well. My problem is I have only 40 MB left on my internal disk (ROM). I used 285MB recovery as advised. I think the app2sd is not work well. I replaced with Frankenstine Droid v1.1 and all went well. I do like sense keyboard comparing to generic android keyboard. Sense keyboard is very comfortable to move the cursor up-down, right-left without touching the text area
Hi Everyone.
I'm new to all this, so bare with me a bit.
I'm using InsertCoin 2.3.5 Sense 3.5 v3.1.9 with the Bricked Kernel that installs with it. I'd post in that thread, but I'm still a NOOB so I'm not allowed
I really love the ROM, but am issues while scrolling full screen photos and videos in the Gallery. It will lag and sometimes the screen will just go black and I have to wait a couple seconds for the next pic/vid to appear.
I did revert back to the stock kernal thinking maybe it would help, but it didn't. So, I went back to the custom kernel.
Any ideas what is causing this? I do have a slow SD Card (class 2). Could that be the problem?
Otherwise, my phone is speeding along quite nicely! It's a great ROM.

Let's just begin with my problems with it , plz note it's the first rom I use on my sensation xe, I only used ginger for six hours so I may mess hardware and software problems
Okay first, I don't feel stable at all it's an overall feeling which might be explained by the following
#touch screen issues: especially the touch gone crazy issue with USB cable connected
#keyboard issue: how da hell Google just forgot the input method choose in the stock browser!!!
#beats! : first is it a joke!? : all what I found is a software to make headphones sound misrable when u choose beats off, and play normal when beats on!
beats again: some times phone doesn't recognize the mic and the control buttons on the headphones, and sometimes it simply does!
Beats finally : beats software doesn't work if u used filemanager to open music
#Text editing : if I typed sth wrong and I want to go back to the word to correct it : I just have to struggle with the ****in blue mark to reach the word !
#fast reboot : this just means if had a problem and you rebooted, u will still have it , uncheck it anyway , I think it means hibernate
#games : with many games you have to touch the screen to not let the screen turns off as the device doesn't understand u r playing a game
....
Well I have some other issues , but I just remmembred my stolen desire and I'm about to cry

1.) Haven't had any touchscreen issues myself.
2.) The input method change is in the status bar.
3.) For me it sounds fine without it off but louder and a bit more bassy with it on. Not sure if there's a solution to it not activating when you use a File Manager to play music, maybe Mudhi's Beats mod will help with that.
4.) I only find it hard to move when the word is near the edge of the screen, maybe it's because I have a case.
5.) Yeah the Fast Boot is basically hibernate. I just use APM or Quick Boot from the Market to reboot.
6.) What games have you had that problem with?

I just unchecked the fast boot from settings , the gaming thing includes many games , the one I rmmbr now called find my water
By the way , do u know a way to change market fingerprint coz most Rom apps aren't available in my country
suggestion...
try Android Revolution HD series. It was my first rom i'd ever flashed, last one too lol. I've tried well over 45-50 roms including gingerbread, ICS, cm, insert coin. All great roms but i prefer ARHD because they collaborate with other devs..... anyway food for thought

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Im on the official release of ICS for my Sensation XE and hate how the mic / controls work on and off.
Anyone have any solutions?
SOLUTION: I Super CID my Sensation XE (using this guide) and then the phone went through an "Android Update" and "App Optimization" when it rebooted which -as far as I can tell now- has fixed the problem.

I got the XE with ICS official OTA.
Everything was fine, but I got the problem that sometimes when I unlock the lockscreen the Phone starts the Cameramode, even if I don't pull camera into the ring. Does somebody else has the problem?
I made a hardreset(after installing ICS I didn't) but the problem isn't solved. It just happens sometimes, not always...

Hi, sorry to boot be able to answer your question, but I thought it prudent to mention I'm having the opposite problem. My camera will not launch from the lockscreen, the shortcut from the dock still works fine (and I've tried replacing it) no idea why it's happening. Using stock camera app, sensation XE, running OTA ICS 4.0.3 and sense 3.6

I am having exactly this problem with my HTC Sensation. I upgraded 2 days ago from O2 release and now from the lock screen the camera will not start when I drag it into the lock ring. I only get the desktop. Every other icon works fine, phone, mail, text, or even a folder icon with items inside.
Anyone know why the camera won't work from the lock screen any more?

Very strange, now the camera is working and I've changed nothing. It even launches the camera if you have a password switched on, which is what we want :-D
Happy days with ICS so far, including 'Face Unlocking'.

I just found out why this is... It only seems to happen with face unlock... I reckon it'll have something to do with the fact that the camera app bypasses the security for faster shooting, but either something is wrong with the face unlock coding, the camera is just trying to do 2 things at once, but either way, I'd like to see HTC offer a fix as I like face unlock and Always have really important stuff I have to photograph instantly =P

Can not see Why can not be fixed home screen number issue , the the Fall out rom has allredy work home numbers from 3 to 9, exept you can not manage wich h.screen will be your default, does not work two finger option to see all home screens and add or remove option,
Fallout has sense 4a from HTC one v, sabsa prime has sense 4.1 (lite) from desire x. If you don't see why it can't be fixed, why don't you fix it?
