i rooted my alltel htc hero cdma, but my mms doesent work, plz help,i flashed a fix i found on da web but it diddnt help any.
It may be a problem with the rom itself so try and flash another rom or reflash the one you are currently using. Just remember to backup your info and wipe/factory reset then flash
i reflashed and it still dnt work,i need my mms,iz there any other android 2.2 roms cdma that can help me for htc hero
Try androidspin.com's release matrix have plenty of Roms there just choose your phone choose 2.2 and you should be ready to go.
I would recommend trying a CyanogenMod based rom, as I have run CM on many htc devices (including my old eris) and have experienced excellent stability, as well as great features.
sigh*

Hi This will be my first time try and I want to do this once and leave it as it is
Before I update my htc hd2 windows mobile to HD2 NDT GINGER ROM Version 18.0
with this ROM can we change the themes within the settings of the phone so its like stock themed skin?
and one more thing "sonscheiss" in this post mentioned that they had to "disabled 128MHz" because he had problems at boot if I encounter a problem at the boot how would I disable this setting?
I will be flashing this ROM to my HTC HD2 LEO512 (their shouldn't be any problem with that right?)
I know I ask a few questions sorry about that
Thank you in advance
ok got the theme question answered by just reading a bit more
looks like you can
I just flashed this rom 2 days ago and since then I have had multiple re-boots and problems with the phone freezing and having to pull the battery out. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had these issues or there is a way to stabilize it. Before I had the NDT MIUI rom installed with no problems and I’m using the same radio (2.12.50) as I was with the MIUI rom.
I have tried to re-flashed my HD2 to the stock rom and re-flashed the radio, MGLDR and recovery still with no resolve. I really enjoy NDT’s roms and hope there is a fix for this so I don’t have to change roms.
Going from Cyanogenmod 7.2 to RUU_Saga_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.48.707.1_Radio_20.28I.30.0 85AU_
Hi
I was wondering if I could get help from some more experienced people on this forum. I flashed the Cyanogenmod 7.2 ROM on my HTC desire S using the 4ext recovery and later I flashed it again with MIUI ICS ROM for Desire S, however I dont like either and want to instead flash the RUU_Saga_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.48.707.1_Radio_20.28I.30.085AU_3805.06.02.03_M_release_199476_signed which is the original 2.3.5 with sense 3.0 ROM for Desire S.
I have been through the forum and after downloading the correct RUU i need to know whether I can flash it like any other ROM or do i need to do it another way.
Hey guys,
since I didn'T find anything on this topic I'm going to ask you.
Currently I'm using the s4 version of the htc one s (ville), running on CM 10.2.
Everytime I try to install a KitKat rom, doesn't matter if it's CM, PA, Carbon-rom... my phone gets stuck on a bootloop.
Any ideas why that is?? HAven't really read that this is a common problem.
Thanks for your help ;D
And yes I did fully wipe the phone before I installed the new rom, since that's a common issue on the nexus 4

Sounds like you're using a outdated custom recovery. Flashing latest TWRP should solve your problem.
TWRP 2.8.0.1
thx for your help i will definitly try it i'll post my result
...
i just tried it with the recources i had but couldn't do a full wipe since i had no backup but as far as I know that doesn't cause the problem of a bootloop? so still have bootloop with updated TWRP
Same goes for the full wipe still set on a bootloop
