If you are using a root explorer simply copy and paste it to your system/app Directory... make sure your permissions match the rest of the bunch , reboot ,enjoy..
This is how permissions should look:

That is for the True Ancestor rom which is GSM only. Flashing this will likely cause your phone to bootloop at the least or at most a nandroid restore

Just a heads up, for some reason the download is a text file (just needs .txt removed & replaced w/ .apk)
Might just be my phone though lol

I think that's intentional cuz if remember mediafire doesn't like the .apk extension, txt files are alot easier to get through it.
Thanks for this, but why does the app need internet access?

Good question: To check for updates, when you automatically launch the settings app for it.:highfive:

[INIT.D SCRIPT] Tweaked Loopy Smoothness

I read the tutorials for it and learned how to set it up, it's worth putting the time into it. Anyways, this should speed things up with Apex Launcher, a few system apps, Google Voice, N64oid, and various other apps with the settings sorta tweaked a bit differently from the original. Anyways I hope that someone will benefit from using this tweaked smoothness script. You can easily edit it as you like with Root Explorer, just open in Text Editor. Set the permissions like this
