Ok, go into settings. Click on accounts and Sync, click on the account you want to delete, at the top right hand of the screen there are three dots, click on them and you will see "REMOVE ACCOUNT"
Hit the thanks button on your way out!!

Hi all,
I had some problems with my HTC and sent it back to three to get fixed and for some reason they have flashed it all back to the the original.. anyway, i would like to keep the original rom on it..now i have created my own email account on my phone and when i scroll to the 'mail' tab using touch flow there are 2 accounts on there.. the original 'outlook account' and the one i created.. from what i can see i cant seem to delete the outlook account so only one account shows up? Does anyone know how this can be done?
Thank you.
Had this same question. You answer is very simple. When you connect your phone to the computer via ActiveSync go to "Tools" and then click "Options" Just click off the Email tab and that should be it. Hope this is what you where looking for.
Wow, thank you very much AkumaMax! It worked great!

Title says it all I've searched and searched with no success... Please help...
It its not possible. Once you log in to the first google account that's it.

Why are you wanting to switch?
If you go into Settings >> Accounts and Sync >> Google, there is a Remove Account button at the bottom. No idea if it's what you want, but it's a start.
Hope that helps
Can you add one first then remove other? I know there always has to be one assigned

Adding one first before removing the primary account also won't do anything. You literally can't remove the primary Google account no matter what. I was in the same situation yesterday; the OP is going to have to do a factory reset.
Settings...
I have done this on almost every Android phone without having to factory reset. Havent tried on Sensation cuz I dont have one...yet.
Anyway, how I always did it was go to settings>Applications>Manage Applications>All and look for anything that says "Google".. i.e. Gmail,Google Backup Transport,Google Calendar sync,Google Partner Setup and Google Services Framework. Open up each one these and do a "Clear Data".
Thats it, try loggin in to your gmail and it will ask you to sign in.
You might have to do it more than once though, but it definitely works. Trust me.

No. That only wipes your password to the gmail account for security reasons, so that if someone found your phone and put their sim in it they can't access your account.

Why would I bother. It clearly said when I tried to delete my account "You can only remove it by resetting the phone to factory defaults."
Well, when I synced my Facebook account with WP7, I saw there was a widget in the homescreen called "Me".. I didn't like it and I deleted it.. Now I want it back and I dont know where is it.. I tried syncing my FB account again, but it didn't appear.. Where I can find it?

read this, solution there
Go into the people hub, at the top of your list of contacts there should be a picture of you. Click on it and it will take you to your "Me" page. In the app bar at the bottom there is an option to pin to start.

(Originally posted in the I9300 forums, But mine is a verizon)
So after my droid X shattered i picked up a Galaxy S3 off swappa and i love it. Until now... I have 2 gmail accounts currently. I am phasing one out since it is under a sub domain of gmail. The non -profit i worked for used gmail to handle all customer and technician info and emails. It allowed us to avoid renting a mail server or paying a ton.
Long story short its got a @pinelink ending. The problem is that email address's on gmail with a diff sub domain cannot get a lot of the features and add on's that a std gmail address get. So i created a new email on gmail, synced with old info and have the messages being forwarded to new email.
Problem starts when i try to add both accounts to my S3, If i add one, say the old email. works fine, And all my games and apps recognize the old address so i dont loose everything. When i add the second account, after the setup wizard where it ask's you is it new or existing? address and password, and click add arrow, POOF. Phone drops BOTH emails like they were never even there. If i don't add 2 its fine.
Doesn't matter what order i add them or what i do after. If just immediately says account added, check under accounts and nothing is there.
Any help is appreciated. Also i needed to know if there is a easy way to root the Verizon version yet? i was under the impression Verizon locks the boot-loader.
Specs:
Verizon S3 SCH-I535
Android 4.3
Kernel: 3.0.31-2198062
Unrooted, To scarred to try.
Wow no one?
I can't be the only one who ever had this problem. :crying:

Do you have the most recent version of the GMail app?
Have you tried clearing the cache for GMail?
Let me check doc on the version,, have not cleared gmail cache ever.
Hi all,
how I can tell the stock email app to show ever images without pressing each time button "show images" for each message?
I cannot find any settings.
I also try to maximize message limits download but nothing.
Thanks in advance

You came home them because they aren't there. That was something that Gmail used to do by default since Gingerbread, I believe, and HTC adopted that behavior into their mail app, but never removed it.

Could you suggest me a good alternative?
I have office 365 and Hotmail accounts.
Would be nice also to have signature formatting capabilities.

Microsoft Outlook has a email client, or the regular Gmail app. As far as a formatted signature...not sure.
