Hi all...
So i have this big problem. Ive installed the DonSalari Rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=549460
and now the problems start flowing...
1. My camera doesnt work....
2. Cant configure active sync so i cant link my phone to pc...
When i plug my cabel i get HTCUSBtoPCPopUp.exe eror... so i cant upload the original rom...
What to do help please

now i wanna flash [ROM][AOSP][4.3.1][A3][Unofficial] LiquidSmooth v2.12 i.e link:- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2431858
this rom on cm10.2 alpha 4 ..... will it create any problem ???? as in the title of the rom its specified that its for alpha 3 [A3] so will it cause any problem ....
reply asap
wipe data factory reset
mount and storage format system and sdcard1
flash rom then reboot
flash gapps the reboot
setup gapps then reboot
enjoy...

yaar tum mera picha kyu nahi chodte... ! do one thing u open a thread as where to post things .. n ill be grateful... i have posted it in the section where that rom is.. i its where i think ill get an answer.. fine next time ill check similar threads n post there ... khush bro.. !

Yaar agar tu post karne se pehle thoda padte na, the forum rules, then you'll know one does not ask questions by making a thread in the development section. So kesp reading and then post in the general section and tum bhi khush raho

bro.. stop behaving like a small kid.. please follow the forum rules. you're unnecessarily making garbage threads in development section. if you're having any queries then create thread in general section.. we all will be happy to help you there..

sorry before, my english is bad,, hahaha and im just a newbie in this forum. ive installed a new ROM ; Eclipse ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2673570 ) and its succesfully . In that thread , the developer said there no bug found till final update. but i found some bugs on my phone, there are cant detect sdcard and whitescreen when i lock my phone. I cant reply to that thread because the rules, so i just can make thread in this Q&A. Please help me. Thanks before.

hai sir. I just want to say that i've got some bugs on my phone after installing your ROM even when ive update it to final build.The bugs are my phone cant detect sd card ( internal & external ) and white screen when i lock my phone.Sorry my english is bad, if you want you can message me ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=6068735 ), because who was post this text is not me.Big Thanks to Kobro & aakpSolder :good:

I was using wrong cwm recovery.
Everything is working fine .
Just slow response .

This rom working like charm but only problem is cant apply theme properly. Rather all function working proper

The ROM is superb, the speed is awesom, thanks for good ROM, I'm using from last 5 days all thing working fine just some minor bugs like some apps some time crash, SD card mount problem with PC usually occurs, another strange isuue I found with yahoo mail app, mail delete options not pop up I don't know this is there is app issue or ROM issue. So can't delete mails, when I apply theme, icons are not changed. But rather this all function working properly. Again thanks for good ROM and please rectify the bugs and give some update.

Thanks for the review.
All the issues u listed are ther in stock rom of HIVE.
I have one friend with 8X-1000 hive phone.
Sd mount can be sloved with restart.
yes big issue of yahoomail - no delete option - again rom issue.
Theme application also has issue as this whole rom still in beta stage.
I will surely rectify them as the original devs update.
So if any of ur friend having the phone please see if ther is any update.

First of avi thanks for the hive .... I jus like it v much ... Certain issues i came across even after patching 1.3 is gallery app crashes ... Downloaded themes dosent work i tried the hari natesan theme never workd ... Security fix wise .. Fb apo or many app doest keep themselves singed it it work for my xiaomi thought not on this rom

Not possible as the chipset is different.
U can search for custom roms of LG optimus 4x HD which has similar chipset.:good:

camera led flash on sms receive

I installed your legend 8 ROM. its nice, cool front, nice features.
found Google play, camera pixel, msg color issues but fixed after installing 2 patches.
but know whenever I receive SMS, it flashes via cam flash led instead of notify led.
i tried notifications lights in setting didn't worked.
and sound output of phone speaker is too low quality compared to stock ROM. I can hear hizz noise while ringing.
is there patch available for these issue? please let me know.

Sms flashlight can be changed in Notification light settings please try again it will change.
if at all not change u need to delete the app in system/app folder using root explorer.
for phone speaker issue please use viper4andorid which is already included in the rom.
choose phone speaker and u can select extraloud settings.

phone speaker issue solved but not satisfied. viper4android works awesome in headphone..
i tried didnt worked led setting :crying:
can please instruct how to delete and reinstall sms app. since i new to custom rom.

Open es file manager.
goto system-app folder
find
o_notificationFlashLight.apk
o_Lednotification.apk
rename these to *.ap or anything u like
restart and see if notification is same as before ok:good:

have no felt any such prolem yet except , icon are so huge . could we do with them?
lcd density change dosnt make difference in size.
other problem is i used sd maid pro and unable to start that application.
please look on this ..rest rom is good.

Icon size depends on launcher.
Its google launcher, try using any other launcher.

Its possible but u need to some editing and add language in framework-res.apk.
