Installation:
STOCK HBOOT RECOMMENDED
Take backup of your android phone before you start the installation and make sure that your phone is charged enough so that the procedure will not get discontinued due to battery.
Make Sure that USB Debugging is enabled, if not then follow this path : { Settings > Applications >Development > USB Debugging }
click here to download the Sense+ ROM.
After downloading the ROM, transfer the .zip file to the root of your SD card and start the phone in recovery mode. To boot into the clockwork recovery mode, Press and Hold the Volume Down +Power Button,navigate(Volume +/-) to "RECOVERY".
Now perform a Nandroid backup, so that you will have a chance to restore to the previous firmware in case anything goes wrong with you. To perform a backup, in CWM, select Backup and Restore –> On the next screen, Select Backup again.
Now on the reovery menu, Perform a full wipe, select “Wipe data/factory reset” and confirm by selection “Yes“. Select “Wipe Cache” and confirm by selecting “yes“, and after that go to Advanced >> “Wipe Dalvik Cache” and confirm again by selecting “yes“.
Now, select “install zip from sdcard” >> “Choose zip from sdcard” >> Select the file which you had transferred earlier to your device. After the ROM is completely flashed onto the device, go back and “reboot system now“.

first of all the link to cools rom is not working, but i guess its the droid incredible rom with 2.3.4 and what did you removed all? maybe a list? Hboot whats recommended? and the features don´t know if this is enough to call it rom maybe a mod of cools rom ...

Can you please tell us which hboot we should/can use?
STOCK HBOOT recommended ,i will test others and i will give you answer.

Hi, can your rom add more than 10 recipients in group sms? Coolexe Cool Droid doesnt at present, thanks.
I do not care what it is, mod, theme, rom, but it finally fixes that freakin annoying prefix bug from CoolSense 2 and 3. There is no more +1 prefix added before dialing a number, but apart from that it is the exact same great ROM plus some nice animations.
Thanks for the fix, i have been waiting for it for quite a while.

Nice fast Rom, but is there anyone on here know how to fix annoying limit on group sms, 10 is max, instead of me using 3rd party sms, eg, handscent.....thanks.

But u Need ext4 partition for A2SD.
There may be some slowdowns at the begining due the ROM is restoring and syncing all apk's and settings.

People shouldn't finish the setup wizard. If you backup your data with google, upon signing in, it will start to reinstall the apps you had before. In my case it installed a few apps before I could reboot into recovery and flash data2sd. Not sure if the data2sd had problems, but upon flashing it and restarting I got a lot of FC's. So the safest steps would be to finish the setup wizard after the data2sd install.
Here's exactly how I did it (5 times, just to check) and got no problems:
1) Place Cool_Rom.zip, A2SDKillerV5.zip & Data2SDInstallerv1.3_tiny.zp into SDcard.
2) Reboot in Recovery, toggle signature check off.
3) Flash Cool_Rom.zip. DO NOT REBOOT.
4) Flash A2SDKillerV5.zip
5) Reboot, don't finish the configuration wizard or don't add your google or htc sense account during setup.
6) Reboot into Recovery.
7) Flash Data2SDInstallerv1.3_tiny.zp reboot, finish the setup wizard or manually add the google and htc sense accounts from Settings -> Accounts & Sync, and enjoy.

but in my ROM all r in system 250mb nand...yes ALL r....all stock apps n libs fit in nand...

1.i didnt format my ext partition but i cant see my apps anymore!
2.how i could reboot into recovery?! when de phone is powerd-off, by pushing vol down and power butt. nothing goes... but when i release de vol butt. de phone powers on normally. solved by quick boot app!

Rom automatically format.. system, data, cache n sdext Bcoz this Rom is totally different from at present Roms... so wipe all data is recommend....

This is the fastest sense ROM ever made, really, it looks stock and cool with the battery percentage. I used elegant blue on it and worked. BTW, I really dislike sense,it's too much for me, but its my opinion! Nice work sir.
You should add some screens sir, like that more people will download your Rom, and make the thread looking better, (Fonts, Center, underline etc)

U can remove anything u want from titanium backup mate...
Everything for the latets radio is included.
So no need to flash ril files!
And call recorder is optional so you can choose to install it later

I thought htc hub is required for sense to work, so maybe that's why it won't work. But iam not sure!

Just to let you know. I tried it myself. I installed titanium backup and removed HTC Hub and restarted my phone. No problem at all and HTC Hub is gone.
So it shouldn't give a problem!

I think he means the the signal you know the icon H+ rather then it saying 3g. Idk if im right about that. But If im not mistake H+ is like an up convert of 3g.
What radios & Rils you would want to use? and were to get them. I know in the Dev thread with all the inspire roms there is a sticky about the radios and what not..

Hey Cy,
Don't forget that the Desire HD is not a 4G capable phone. Every DHD ROM that I've ever used has never displayed the "H+" icon because of this, but that doesn't mean you can't get great speeds. For all intents and purposes, the "H+" icon is purely cosmetic. As long as your radio baseband shows a "P" or a "U", you are good to go.
The Radio thread that is stickied (tribalartgod's radio thread), has the most recent radio and RIL if you're not currently using them. tribal's thread is HERE and the latest radio is 26.10.04.03_M with RIL 2.2.0153HM. They are the last radio and RIL listed in the OP. There is also the 26.08.03.07_M radio with 2.2.0131HM RIL, but I don't think that combo was "officially" released. Remember when switching radios to flash from HBOOT, then reboot phone when prompted. Most ROMs will pack in the RIL that is needed. If not, just grab the matching RIL, then boot into Recovery, mount -> System, flash RIL, reboot. As always, verify MD5's prior to flashing.

Hello just want to let everyone know since there's always question about which Radio&Ril and Kernel best, i would believe they are all good but you have to test it yourself and pick the one that works best for your area you live in as i've discover that AT&T New Radios for my area works ok but the latest one thats 12.65 from DHD for my area it works better than the new Radio from AT&T , so this depends on your area you live in everyone's android will work different depending where they live so by asking us which is best i say they are all best it's all up to you to test it cause for everyone it will work different same with Kernels, So best is start Flashing on your own and see which works best for you Thanks!:good:

Either I mistakenly flashed the wrong rom, but I feel like I tried this as soon as I saw it, and it didn't have the Inspire 4G audio fix.

ok so give this a shot its in the OP and I had an issue with the sound and I used this. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1358868
but just in case make a backup..
No Sound
Nice looking Rom but I get no sound at all on my Inspire.

Got the sound figured out. I've got used to adding InspireMod to most every Rom I try and on this Rom is was causing the sound to quit. Sound works fine now.

For Inspire 4g only Boot Animation and Boot Sound
This only works For Inspire 4g only Boot Animation and Boot Sound!
Ok here's a Tutorial for those that want boot animation to work and sound ok first you will need to use explorer go in too system/customize/resource then in resource folder put your animation zip in there it should be called bootanimation.zip and downanimation.zip after that your done reboot and you got your new boot animation. Second thing if you want sound when booting device you need to do this also cause it's deactivated the sound, put the sound in the same place you put the bootanimation and downanimation zip at which is resource Sound Should be called android_audio.mp3 once you do that you will need to activate the sound here's how you activate it go in system/customize/CID and open up the file in there called default.xml scroll all the way down and find this line.

Now you need to put this /system/customize/resource/android_audio.mp3 between the commas this audio="" so it should look like this after.

Now save reboot and you got boot animation sound hope this helps out a bunch here enjoy!

-APPLY Skin from Personalize\Skin, to have a FULL experience.
-on the first charge, let the phone plugged till 0mA (use Current-widget or similar to monitor the mA values), reboot without unplug, wait the 0mA again, and when reached, unplug the phone. Your battery is now properly calibrated. Wait 1 or 2 drain cycle to see the very improvement (don't let the phone discharge itself till it turn it off, it's useless. Plug it when u reach 10 to 15% of battery left..it's enough.

I installed this just a couple minutes ago, and while i was installing it, it was showing a very cool wallpaper. It was like black curtains with white grunge graphics on it. After set up completed, the wallpaper had changed to the "clown smashed on my windshield" colorful wallpaper, and I can't find that black and white one anymore. Is there a somewhere I can download this wallpaper?

all downloads are working as they should, use chrome or IE and leave the site open on your browser during the download

same here, can't install boot or down animation either from the tweaks or manual install, same "android" thingy after reboot
