Does the unlock bootloader at HTC's dev website work for anyone or is it just me that is having an issue?

Hello i have the Moto G model 1034 us version. I had previously unlocked the bootloader and followed the instructions in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2646415. Phone completely restored to stock but now when i try to unlock the bootloader it keeps informing me that my unlock key is incorrect? Has anybody else had this issue?
After unlock and relock,
the code will be changed.
Is there a way to unlock bootloader without getting the code from moto website because they track all the unlock codes which they give..

I have an AT&T mini, as the title suggests. Has anyone actually unlocked the bootloader on one of these? The HTCDev site does give the unlock_bin, but the phone does not respond to flashing the code over. It simply refuses to be tampered with. I am asking because I need to get a custom recovery and rom on there, and to do any of that you need an unlocked bootloader.
