Does the rom miui 2.4.6 have the deep idle patch installed already? Sorry to post in here i tried to post in the thread but i can't as I don't have more than 10 posts. Only asking cause last time I installed it it didn't ever seem to show a Top=off or Top=on Value..

If your talking about the miui from China or miuiandroid.com then no. The stock builds of miui don't have the fix implemented
Some of the miui roms here have the fix, like kong's MIUI and Oodies

Only problem is though, last time i used that it never used to show anything on the deep idle counter like TOP=ON AND OFF were always 0 but normal idle was always a really high number. Which lead me to believe that deep idle wasn't working..?

on Kong's Catalsyt, camera app is preventig DI from response.
on MIUIExperience V4, only DI TOP=ON.
Hints/fixes?
For me using MIUI Catalyst 2.4.6 and Matrix 19 cfs i get top on and top off. Try opening and closing the camera app then checking a bit later.

Forgive me if I am being overly noobish, just looking for your expertise. I have put CM10 on my Verizon SG3 and I am loving it, but I do not have access to my camera. What am I doing wrong? Has anyone tried using the QuickCircle case with this? Since it isn't stock and doesn't have the necessary software coded in, I'm assuming it won't work.

Those are the one things i was able to test before getting a blue screen. I immediately freaked out and removed battery. Happened again five minutes later. I saw someone ask to do a logcat, i would have if i had known how to and weren't so scared that my phone was toast lol. Thank you for everyone that has worked and working on this what is to hopefully be an AMAZING rom.
Also heard that screen rotation not working.
Honestly though what can we expect for the very first build?

I also got the kernel panic, blue screen. Everything was going nicely until that happened. Will help in anyway possible.

At first i thought it was stable with the first twenty minutes lol. Only things that weren't working was Bluetooth and torch then the kernel panic or blue screen came and i peed a little lol jk.
I didn't think it was going to work that well. Thought that there would be a ton of fc errors and such. This is my first time flashing a rom in its baby stage and getting to watch it grow will be awesome. So thanks again to @AndroidUser00110001 @timmytim.

Is the kernel crash when the screen goes blue?

Used this rom forever until recently flashing some new Lollipop roms to play around with. Ended up not really liking the new roms, and wanted to restore back to Mahdi. Unfortunately, I was a complete idiot and didn't make a backup. The Mahdi thread is cclosed, and the downloads no longer work. Anyone out there able to help me out? Thank you!
You cannot flash because you are now on lollipop baseband and boot loader. Try kdz back to 20 g...... May have to go back further than that.... As far as download links i don't know i have the required files backed up on my computer

Guys, the P3100 was my introduction to Android. It's near and dear to me, so I decided to charge up my tab and use it. It's been like a year since I charged it. Currently it is running Candy 5 , but I think it's too heavy for it.. causes lags and stutters and the device heats up a lot. So can you recommend me a usable ROM that is light and stable? It doesn't matter if it is an old android version, I'm just gonna use it for reading PDFs and light YouTube may be.

Does LineageOS actually have better performance over stock ROM, e.g. for web browsing? I have rotated this device to a member of my family but it's no longer up to the task, I wonder if I should just phase it out or it can still be usable.
I am using Sungsonic due to it being stock 4.2.2
Tried lot of custom aosp roms even nougat but stability and battery life not good so now trying stock based ROMs
tbh, I haven't seen rom that has smoothly working youtube yet. Well this tablet is too old for most tasks today so you can't expect like smooth web browsing. Imo 4.4.4 aosp or any other 4.4 rom is the best for this device, all other 5.0+ roms are unstable for me.
I need help with this anyone. I decide to used my old P3100 as a media pad in the home. To be connected to my Samsung Soundbar/TV as music media pad.
I need a very ligth stock rom with Double Tap 2 wake or Lift/Raise to wake as I am done with searching power button devices. So it can be easy to use.
I am looking to use Sungsonic HD ROM because of the Sound MOD. Any better suggestions?
