Instructions:
1. Backup in recovery
2. HEY...did you back up?
3. Make sure you are on any rom that includes the theme chooser and the latest gapps here
-those Gapps are made specificly for Cyanogen mod but can be used on other roms that are based on CM - Look below the links to help move from other Gapps packages!!!
4. You backed up right? Ok just checking!
5. Download and install the apk
6. Go to menu/settings/themes/ select DarkJelly and apply....KNOWN ISSUE...
YOU WILL GET AN ERROR ABOUT ASSETS AND SCREEN SIZE BLAH BLAH...THAT IS NORMAL...SELECT APPLY ANYWAY..systemUI might crash then come back fine.If it doesn't consult your rom thread!!!..ONCE DONE REBOOT or flash in recovery inverted apps zip now!!!!

KNOWN ISSUES:
-Contacts and People will not let me theme it completely!!! T9 crashes when I edit the color codes! So it has been themed the best I can!!!
-Phone for some reason cannot build so you will see a blue banner going across the screen but everything else is themed!
-Camera and gallery will depend on your gapps. I have the correct package name and it works on CM Gapps perfectly. If someone has issues use the Gapps I posted above and on my site to fix it!!

For sure! Yeah do you think this will work on owains kang? Problem I'm seeing is the skanwhich kang isn't getting much attention being on rootzwiki despite it being full of awesomeness... for me, I mostly used their gb kangs and am already sticking with their ics.

This is the new thread and home for the Express for Evo 4G. I am pleased to bring you the best ROM ever for our phones. This is a mashup of the HTC Flyer tablet pc's ROM and the Evo3D (Shooter) ROM. I am happy to say this ROM is lightning fast and has been tweaked and had enhancements done to the sound and display to bring you a brighter more vivid screen and enhanced sound over the stock. This ROM has all the goodies from the HTC Flyer, and all the functionality of the Evo4G. It has tons of features which I will list below. Enjoy the ROM and please read the OP in entirety. *Must have sd partitioned and using Amon-Ra Recovery!! Link Below to the correct one to use. Rename to PC36IMG.zip
Place PC36IMG.zip on root of sd card, then power off phone and hold the vol- and power button down until hboot loads. It will automatically scan for this and ask you to flash it, flash it and then boot into recovery to assure it worked.

P.S. Thanks for the reply, in attempt to avoid thread clogging I just edited my post. The RC is running strong however I have not set everything up to my liking as I am awaiting the stock upload. I will keep an eye on dev-host, I can also post it on my box, drop box, or dev-host accounts as well if you would like another source of download for the users. That goes for all devs, if I can help I would be glad to do so!

so wheres v1.0.1 at I only see 3.6.0
OD RC is amazing! you guys rock! only one issue im having and thats getting the lockscreen to stay after i go into rosie and change the icons. i was gonna search the tread but got on today and saw that it was set anew. oh well i tried the video on the last one but it was deleted. i have tried clearing the cache but that didnt work any suggestions? also does anyone have a link to partition definitions i know how to partition but i was seeing things of a swap? and am wondering if its absolutely necessary to have for the rom? other than that RC is Freakin Smooooth!

For the first time since I got my EVO about 18 months ago and have installed many Roms I can say this rom is perfect. Never before have I started with a new rom and not had to "fix" something. I would like to have a few mods like a inverted "play store and "play music" and I am hoping for a Blue theme made for the express. I am also trying to find the "Lucy Pender" downanimation zip. If anyone knows where I can get this please let me know. As you can see I am very happy with my new rom install. Extremely well done OD!!!!!!

mine was like that too, i fixed it by downloading anthrax kernal, in this order...
1. clear dalvik and cache
2. flash kernal
3 wipe dalvik and cache again
4 reboot
5 leave phone on for a bout 5 mins and then reboot and it should be perfect! =]
Love this ROM! Prefer stock so watching for that.

I fixed my AndroidFileHost folder today, so I am currently uploading the stock themed now.

The only issue is i dont want to use the antrax kernal, not that its bad but i want to try out the stock kernal. is this the only way to fix it or should i reflash? i would perfer not to reflash but if thats what i gotta do then thats fine?

Before Installation, please make sure you do a full wipe (factory reset, delete cache). Myself and another person (Thanks oldbbman!) have tested this ROM and have found 0 issues with it. If you find anything that is not in working order or needs to be worked on, please contact me or post in this thread for support.
By downloading my ROM, you agree not to blame me if you brick your phone or something stops working... If this happens i will certainly try to assist you, but it wont be from flashing my ROM.

Flashable SMS Call log fix (thanks dman!) - HERE or alternative HERE - Only necessary if you have original V1 release and dont intend on upgrading to V1.1 release.
Flashable Volume Rocker screen wake Mod - Not included in ROM, if you want this feature you must download it HERE or alternative HERE and flash package. If you dont want it, then just ignore this... (enables you to use volume up or down rocker in addition to power button to wake phone).
In the rare case that you come across the 160 char text limit (only 1 report to date), click HERE to download and then flash uclb3 modem to fix the issue. ROM has been tested with both modems prior to release with no known issues. Credit goes to diablo009's post from here.
**If you have issues updating SU, download SU zip from here and flash in recovery.

5/6/2012 - Added optional volume rocker wake mod. If you want it download and flash it... it will enable you to wake screen with up or down rocker button as well as regular power button.. if you dont want it... ignore this... your choice.

Great rom!
I've been running it for awhile now and I can say it's rock solid.
If your leery of the yellow don't be. It's good on the eyes ( especially old one's like mine. ) I'm a blue or green themed type but the yellow has got me hooked.
Some nice little pluses as well, you just have to look......

Check it out! Smelkus was kind enough to make a Jellybread themed recovery! It looks so good! You can get it here! Rename to PC36IMG.zip, place on root of sd card, reboot bootloader, push the up volume button when prompted to select "yes". This recovery is the BEST recovery for the Evo! It is based off of Amon-RA and includes a ton of features. Superwipe options, automatic reboots after nandroids, anything you could need! Thank you Smelkus

No no.. THANK YOU! So far the rom is running smooth. No hiccups so far. Can't comment on battery life for another few days (for obvious reasons lol). In regards to sounds. The Nexus 4 or ICS/JB for sure. I mean this is Jellybread right? Complete the theme with something other than CM sounds. Nice job though. Look forward to seeing what becomes of this. :highfive:

You'd swear this was JB! Also changed the theme to ICS in theme Chooser to get the cyan clock. Just some screenies for anyone wondering how this runs. Also changed the desktop speed in launcher settings to 100. UC with brazillianwax governor, upped the min CPU speed.

Theme looks good so far, however I would wipe your data before flashing it, as it boot looped me the first time but after a wipe and reflashing the deodexed rom, then tb's tmods, and then this with reboots in between it worked well.

And if you want to make it seem like you have jellybean with this theme you could edit the build.prop version to 4.2.1 I believe that's the newest version of android.

so i finally flash the jelly bean theme and you did a great job! many apks are themed. your latest beta is the only one so far.
couple buggy things are the scroll highlight might give seizures
and the size of the keyboard, is it suppose to be small like that?

I think I know what causes the highlight when scrolling ill look at it today and see
The keyboard isn't supposed to be that small ill replace it with a better one in my next update
I haven't looked ur files yet but when that happened on my theme it was in colors.xml, the black=was changed to ics blue so any apk that called on android=black, it was blue.
Keyboard is usable don't get me wrong

I loved this theme only problem was it would sometimes lock up in the messaging screen. Also it would not ring and was very buggy when receiving phone calls. I am sorry I do not have a log to share, I'll work on trying to figure out how to get error logs. I really liked the theme though.

The theme seems to work fine, just very slow and laggy. I have not had any FC yet though and that is a good thing. I now have Groove IP on the phone and have it as a wifi backup.

It was pretty quick prior to install after install of theme it was not responding as fast. I did not do any addition debloat except to install eg04 deo.zip that is what was running prior theme.

Do you ha e tbs mods flashed on top? When I used this on my continuum it wasn't laggy and seemed to be very responsive. When I was running it I had the deflated and deo eg04 rom, then the mods for eg04 and then this flashed on top. Also upon install I wiped dalvic cache. Not sure if any of that may make a difference but it's worth a shot. You could also try wiping data in cwm and see if that helps.

maker sure your sd card is partioned to ext3 or ext4 the kernel baked in supports it.
place rom on SD card
Boot into recovery
Wipe, I like to wipe every thing, I used GW wipe all personaly
Except SD
Flash Rom
Phone will reboot 3 times.
once finnished booting I always let the phone
settle in for 5 min.

You are correct - opened it and it force closed. Stock camera works fine though.
