No. Porting closed-source operating systems (especially iOS) to other devices is impossible unless the target device is almost identical.
Android can be ported to non-native devices in some cases, but that's because the majority of Android is open source.
I think I read somewhere about an apple developer doing this on an andriod device as a side project but he had source code and it took him a year.
there are vids of android devices running ios but I'm pretty sure it is heavily modified android with a very custom launcher to look like the apple search screen. it may be real but is not available and was probably done with leaked sources if it is. but it is probably either an extensive android mod or the guts of an iphone placed inside a different shell.
Putting ios on an Android device is like choosing ihop over waffle house. You just don't do it. Although ihop does have some tasty omelettes.

the last time I was in a state with a waffle house the white people wouldn't go there. but I agree cleanlyness aside the food was better and service was faster than huddle house (where the white people ate) there was no ihop though. actually I've never been in an ihop.

Uhm, i don't know where you are, and maybe you're lucky and you're waffle houses aren't the most disgusting, dirty restaurants ever. I have to say so, every waffle house in Florida is gross. Ihop all day everyday. Oh yea and screw Ios. LOL

Install MIUI. There are IOS themes for MIUI on the market.
O BTW, the Waffle House in my part of the good ol bluegrass state of Kentucky, 99 on the food department review and the food is the best ive ever had at a Waffle House.

Yeah, I noticed that right away. Couldn't think of a diplomatic way to call him out on it, but CrazyD and mtdew were on him pretty quickly.
EDIT: Just read through this guy's old posts and one of them was asking how to change storage locations because he had amassed a great collection of PORN but couldn't move it from his downloads folder.

I am more than happy to explain my use of the word when people misunderstand it and quite honestly the word stupid is offensive, but we still use it along with many other negative terms. Again I don't care about the general social stigma and no I didn't mean to start a conflict. I actually just really like the original meaning of queer and the way the word even sounds like its definition. Furthermore I think this conversation has gone on long enough and we should clutter this thread up anymore.
