It only happens for a second with my phone and goes away. Does it stay on constantly?

Nope, however my puppy got a hold of my cord and I was like craps its done for, but when I looked at it it only had teeth marks but no fully punctured holes! I'm actually quiet surprised at the strength of the cord

Yesterday around 12 my phone started to get hot and when I checked the temp it showed was 51 degrees and at the time I couldn't touch anywhere in the left bottom corner. So I left it to charge after a while when I touched my phone it burned my finger and when I checked the temp.it was57 degrees also I was losing the battery rather then getting charged. Beside I'm on 6.5.1 and this is first time happening to me.
If anyone else experienced this please write down.

Yeah it's clearly not reading it right. You wouldn't have any power if it was on 7mV
Try using GSAM, it usually works well.
I don't know what happened with my phone but battery life has decreased by a lot. And it is very untable. Please help

I think it's my charger sending incorrect information to my phone because it acts normal when using a different charger
