are you sure you are using themes made specifically for XXKPQ? Also do a cache+dalvik cache wipe.

Do one thing.
Remove the root of your phone and re-root it!
Flash CF-Root!
After that, Use the de-odex and ext4 AGAIN!
It should work!
This happened to me on a Froyo ROM!
And, this worked.
Remove and re-root using SUperOneCLick ONLY!

Only for xwkpg. Come to think of it, did you install xperia mod where you will have the home launcher etc or any other mods? Once I had your problem after flashing the xperia mod. Nothing could help. I restored a nandroid backup afterwards.

No im running on stock.
Didn put any roms or mods ..
The stock worked just fine , A factory reset messed everything.
I presumed that factory resetting doesn't make you lose the root access.

Yes it doesn't. That's odd. If you're using universal cf root, try going into recovery and rrooting from there. There's an option there. If not a clean reflash will be the only solution..

Universal CF Root? Im using Ganeshbiyer's Cfroot from this link : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1331253
Ok. I have just checked Amit Bagaria's Universal Root.
So , The process of rooting remains same as ganeshbiyer's right?
Just switching the odin on and selecting this cfroot tar file as pda and then start..
or any other changes ?

mount data and system both before flashing but stuck at boot
Install clean rom
Set up everything
Then reeboot to recovery
Wipe cache
Go to advance wipe dalvik cache
Then mount data and system
Mount cache if not mounted
Then flash kernel and reboot.....
This is the only one last ultimate option.......

What do you mean "install clean rom....."
He means to flash a new rom doing clean install, which probably will do the trick, another thing is try that with jaggy 3.x.x not with 4.x.x version. Give it a try, there is nothing to lose.

I would try reflashing the ROM or restoring a nandroid backup. Be prepared to possibly lose your personal data and apps though, as you may have to clear them all.

Maybe try another ROM, I know most have upgraded to 4.2.2, but there may be a couple different ICS options. If you have CWM, there is an option to mount USB, I think you could use that to get another ROM on your phone
