do you have toggle mod installed/enabled on your rom? What launcher are you using?
Try a fix permissions in cwm and see if that helps, it may solve your problem.

If you're stock you don't have CWM. Its the recovery the rooted users have to flash roms and back things up

Is there a program or an app that i can use to setup, when i push the power button, i get the option to restart in recovery, or do i have to load a custom rom for this to happen. I really want to keep the stock rooted rom. I do have the cwmr touch recovery loaded from the devlop section of these forums.
Try the app "quick boot". Free in the market.

search for "14 toggle mod" this will change ur notification drop down buttons and give u a side scrollable one, that, including some other useful features (flashlight anyone?) includes a reboot option that will let u boot rite to recovery
Am I missing something why not use rom manager or any other rom managing app. and use it to boot into recovery

If it was a strange question, then how come almost every custom ROM comes with the extended power menu and/or the 14-toggle panel? Couldn't the rest of xda just use ROM manager to boot into recovery? Sure, but its quicker to do it from your home screen. He wants the same feature but doesn't want to flash a custom ROM. How is that strange??

As the title, my i9003 cant be unlock after long time locking. When I press the middle button or the power button, the screen has no light, but the menu and back button light up. Maybe the phone is working, but the screen not. To solve the problem I can only unplug the battery....
Someone has the same situation? and who knows how to make it worked normally
Thanks!!!

So I'm having issues with data dropping on my phone. I've decided its time to take it to the store. I'm rooted with a Rom on here. What do I need to do to check the counter or whatever it is and restore to stock so they don't know I rooted. Thanks

Odin back to stock.. Search the forum
I still have no clue how to check the flash counter
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
Unless you flashed custom software with ODIN your counter should be 0. However, search for triangle away.

I had the issue before I flashed this Rom. I was hoping the Rom would fix it lol.
And I first rooted with Odin not sure if that changes the counter or not besides that I've used recovery to flash

What rom are you running? I had really bad data drops on CM10. I'd try one of the touch wiz roms if you already haven't and possibly try a new modem. Modems are better for different people so there's not really one "best" modem for anyone.

Enter download mode. Power off hold vol down home and power, press vol up when its ask you to continue. Read the small text
Your rom may also have a reboot option to reboot into download mode

Ok I don't know how it happen but as you can see the part that say flash is gone any advice, I've uninstalled and installed twice, erase data, and even tried titanium back up nothing works, am I missing something, oh I'm in clean Rom 2.1.
I cannot scroll down as you can see that part is missing.

Idk what happened here, did you maybe change the pixel density of your rom? I've never encountered an app glitch like this before.
Alternatively, if you want to use a different recovery then you could install TWRP Recovery using "GooManager" in the Play Store. Just hit Menu then select Install OpenRecoveryScript to install TWRP, it's all touch and fairly simple from there. Your pre-existing backups aren't compatible from CWM though.

Thanks for all the help guys,I just installed fast reboot, which takes me to the recovery like cwm. Guess I'll use that didn't change pixel thing, don't know how lol is there a way to check?

You would know the pixel density is changed because you have to manually change it in the build.prop. You don't need to worry about it since you didn't do it. Plus, changing pixel density would alter the way your home screen and each app is displayed so it wouldn't be just one app that looked different.

Hey guys I dont know if this has been posted already in the skyrocket forums but I cant seem to get pattern lock on the rom to work. Vincom's rom switches the lock to swipe no matter what the heck I do. I even tried reinstalling the rom and believe me, i swiped and did everything he told me to.
So, are any of you guys experiencing this problem with your lockscreen too?

You can try normal wipes again but try with formatting data cache system and see if it helps

Yup so the madness continues! Did exactly what Mohan wrote and my lockscreen won't work! Never had this problem with CM10...
EDIT: It worked once. That was when I rebooted from after I restored back to Cyanogenmod. I restored to cm10 to make sure that rom's lockscreen worked. It did. So, after I checked, I restored back to Embryo. Surprisingly, the lockscreen was working. However, after I pressed the power button to turn the screen off, when I turned the screen back on to use my phone, the regular swipe unlock screen was back...
