You are on stock recovery if you get the !
You probably mistakenly flash the stock recovery before you flash the repacked ROM.
Easiest thing to do now is install CWM recovery again.
Download a stock firmware from Asus website and flash it with CWM recovery.
That will put you at stock firmware, unrooted and stock recovery.

What CWM version are you using? If its the lastest from Roach, it only flashes from the internal memory, not from sd card.

Well, I installed custom recovery(TWRP) via fastboot.
and rooted it, and tried to flash a rom, obeyed all the instructed, everything seems to be fine but when tried to flash the rom, it said it failed.
and when I reboot in to the system, It hangs on Cyanogen mod design.
Does this mean my device is bricked? or can this be solved? please someone help me !

Yes your device is bricked but it isn't hardbricked yet. Try to download and install it again OR download another ROM and try that.
BUT be carfull... i am a quite good in Flashing and rooting but i dont do it on the TF300T because it's to valueble
Good Luck
It's not really bricked becasue your tablet still boots
Just flash another rom. You can copy Asus stock rom or another rom on your Micro SD card an then install it via recovery

Try ROM Manager app from play store and flash the appropriate cwm version. And I believe you can flash without going back to stock
You can also switch to twrp...
Please hit thanks if I helped you anyway
use cwm 5.5.0.4 or twrp 2.5
when i tried to install CWM through ROM manager a pop-up window appear saying that GT-S7500 does not have an officially CWM supported yet :/
.. my device was not listed above :/
And can I flash twrp without going back to stock recovery ??

Place the .zip file on the root of your SD card, boot into recovery, flash the .zip file (no need to wipe anything) reboot recovery, you should now be in new recovery, reboot phone.
Or go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1306450 this is an excellent app that will allow you to install recoveries and kernels
So today i decided to root my phone and install a custom rom[im new on this i never flashed a custom rom and recovery].My phone model is Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S6312 DUOS.I didn't know how to install clockwork mod recovery and i saw this tutorial "[ROOT] How to install ClockworkMod Recovery on Galaxy Young GT-S6312" this is the name of the tutorial i cant post links.
I did everything and the recovery installed to my phone then opened the recovery and i tried to back up my phone when i clicked to back up my phone it was saying "can't mount backup path".So i decided to not install a custom rom because i was afraid.
I went back to my home screen and i wanted to do factory reset cause i had a lot of files which i wasn't need.My phone reboot's for the factory reset and then it saws me the clockwork recovery i clicked reboot phone[from the recovery cause my phone cant boot back to the normal screen] and now its not going back to the homescreen its always going back to the recovery.
Please tell me if its possible to fix my phone!
[Sorry for my bad English]

is your system working? what version on android you are running now? stock recovery will work only with stock rom I think... you are in dead end sort of. try flashing twrp recovery, if you succeed, I can provide some backups.
