tyshemi, does this version allow you to receive video calls while on mobile data network? (not connected to WiFi).

My friend sent this to me he said it did but i have not tried it my friend

Well I can confirm that this app works on Infused v2 Stable BUT it is a wifi only version. Also, it does seem to experience the same issue as Tango had a while back, the FFC seems to be zoomed in on a portion of the true image. not sure if there is anything that can be done about that. Thanks for the link!

They don't interoperate with Google Talk users.

I'm on Infused 2.0 GB ROM... the one GTG posted in the thread doesn't work for me, when I try to install the APK it says "This app did not install" ... anyone want to post one that's working for them in GB on Infused 2.0?
The same thing happened with the Skype video I installed. Anyone have a working Skype too?

OOH big thanks for that tip! That solved it for me for Skype! I uninstalled the old and installed the new and worked that time! Thank You!

What is the difference in the and the one that Is available in market

With gtalk you have to go through CWM install zip method with this file.

That one allows video on Infuse. The one on the market does not.

Fyi peeps Skype will hog your battery bad. Sometimes even when not running.

[APP] Stock YouTube application with download option

Like stock YouTube app but need to switch to another app as it doesn't have download option.
Here is the solution :
Try this edited YouTube app with download option. You can access it via 'more' option on right upward option on screen.

It downloads the video with right resolution for your phone.
NOTE :- I did not edit the app, just sharing.
AND after starting download you can't stop it.
It only works in Gingerbread and Ice cream sandwich.

I didn't delete the stock and it works fine. One says rolle in the icon. That's the modded apk

Am using viber successfully... during a call... some disturbances are heard
Skype is working awesome
G3mod kernel doesnt work for me... i tried but got stuck on bootlogo

I have a good net connectoin,but when i tried viber with cm i couldnt hear my girlfriend,but in kyorarom it works just fine.havent try shype tho,i will. Thanks everyonee!

oh yeah..yesterday i had a power cut so wasnt able to do it.. and yup
all of them work but the g3mod kernel must be tweaked to make it work in alpha 7
BTW, tango is the best one and it works for video calling and is very fast even if you have a 2g connection !! most suited for low speed connection and extremely fast in high speed wifi networks.. because skype always drains our tiny phone's battery

It's not going to work great. Samsung made the servers only work for the S3. It will work kinda, because of a hack.
