its in the rosie.apk i'm pretty sure its posted around here somewhere dammit i knew i shoulda grabbed it when i saw it.... i'll try to pull it but no promises... just reloaded my linux box after the asterisk debacle...

Unzip a boot animation and look through it. You could probably create your own. Your gif is a simple picture so I'm not sure what you'd want animated

I have made this into a boot animation and I will start a thread so people can find the zip easier.

Oh yeah, now I see it. It's a little more rounded. Sorry... The one I posted is stock Z1c 5.1. Maybe the one you're looking for is from a Z5 or something.
