how to downgrade from 2.3.4 to 2.2 ??

i i use cm7 rc0 rom and i want downgrade defy to froyo
because i want fix defy flashlight

dear friends,
i do own a motorola defy xt 535. i have rooted it successfully. but i dont know which custom rom i need to load. i would like to change my stock gingerbread to ICS or JB, i heard paranoid android is a good one, but i didnt find any rom for defy xt. if anyone could give me a working link to any ROM for defy x, i would be very much thankful
