After reset:
Try booting into recovery, Wiping cache + Dalvik cache, Maybe try fixing permissions too
then if that doesnt fix it, I would suggest to make a backup with Titanium, and do a full wipe using superwipe script and the reflash the ROM
Try the latest version > 4.0.1 maybe it is fixed and/or ask in the official thread.
ICS 4.0.1 has this problem.
try ICS 4.0.3 roms

Flash the factory image. See the general forum for the sticky roll up. If that doesn't work it's very likely a hardware issue.

If you've flashed stock and factory reset, that's about all you can do with firmware, sounds possible it has a hardware problem

Hi,
I have a samsung galaxy tab 7.7 that I installed a custom rom in it (can't remember wich one exactly but as far as i remember, this was lineage os one)
Yesterday, I asked for a hard reset to delete all settings and google account in it. The tablet can't restart anymore : it displays this for several seconds

}
and then stops.
When I try to start with ON + volume down buttons, it's stuck in this screen without downloading anything.
Maybe because I have installed a custom roms, I can't make a factory reset.
Can anybody help me?
