Blue Battery for Leaked ICS - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727

I flashed this in clockwork from another forum and it seems to be working well. Thought i would share it.

Thanks for this, but I'm afraid it does not get along with the 14-toggle mod. One just erases the other upon flashing.

I am going to try the 14 toggle mod later today. It probably won't be long before somebody gives us a good aosp theme.

You should backup before flashing anything.

[Q]Battery icon + bootanimation

Hi, well i was wondering if anyone could help me out, well im running overcome rom and theres just two things i dislike one is the boot animation and one is supercircle battery icon.
Could anyone make a patch to get the stock boot animation and to get the stock battery icon? thankyou for any help you can provide
Sent from my GT-P1000 using XDA Premium App
Try taking them out of an old Overcome rom (if you have one)
Battery icons are in system/framework/frameworkres.apk and in drawable.hdpi
Ill post them tomorrow if no one has
Sent from my GT-P1000
It would ve helpful if someone could post then as i no longer have any old versions deleted them without thinking tbh

Maybe try a Roto rom? Should have everything still there
Sent from my GT-P1000
If you do a quick search you can find the stock battery but with %1 increments, just search for battery mod, and replace albthe images
swyped from a galaxy far far away...
I just need the stock boot animation now for Euro tabs? if anyone could upload it from an old overcome rom before the new boot animation was put in
So no one has the stock boot animation? i cant find it anywhere

Stock infuse battery icon?

Wondering if anyone has the file of the stock infuse battery icon? I'm currently using the newest infused rom. Have a circle battery icon installed but I'm not a big fan of the percent icons. Thanks in advance.

You can make your own with the UOT Kitchen.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using XDA App
Don't know how to do all that.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using XDA Premium App
EDIT my bad
it you install the infused rom through rom manager (found in the market) when you install, theres an option for the non-percentage battery icon. i personally hate all of the percentage icons so i always use this option.

Using infused 1.5 looking for the actual stock battery that came with infuse to begin with.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using XDA Premium App
It may be a bit harder to do with your rom because it uses the 1 percent increments, and the stock rom uses just a few icons for the battery. I think the stock battery only uses 5 or so different icons. I'll look into it and see if I can help.

Phone reboots/hangs on splash screen

I really would appreciate some input on this.. I was on NexusMod ICS for about two days before I woke up one morning to find that my phone had rebooted and was stuck at the splash screen. I tried pulling the battery and powering it on but got the same result, so I tried to get into CWM and couldn't. It would boot to recovery but not long enough to actually do anything, so I ODIN'd stock rom and CWM then flashed AOKP build 38 instead of NexusMod. Everything was fine for a few days but this morning I woke up to my phone stuck on the splash screen again, only this time when I pulled the battery and powered it on, it booted up fine, but my wallpaper had changed (weird).. So I really don't have a clue why this would happen, but I'd appreciate some help, and TIA!

Yes, that's a good idea, but wouldn't you think it would be an app that's causing it since it happened on two very different roms? Or am I way off in my thinking?

What did you change?? Please trace back your steps on what you did?
Didn't you create a backup, so you can restore It?
First I installed a boot animation and it worked then I installed a battery icon and that is when it went crazy on me and it say I didn't back it up

What ROM/kernel are you on?
You should Always back up your stuff before flashing away.
Yeah I usually do but I thought because it was so small it would have done much. But I'm on sky 4.3 and kernel 3.0.8

Thats your problem right there. I don't think its safe to flash anything on that rom besides boot animations.
On the SkyICE post theres a crysis battery mod signal thing. Did you not like that?
Yeah I was just messing with stuff so do you think I should backup and flash sky again or is there any easier way?

Reflash a battery mod from the rom thread
Sent from my YP-G70 using Tapatalk 2
Happened to me once with Sky, after installing the Crysis battery mod. Wipe and re-flash, and make sure to only use a battery mod from the linked files in Sky's OP. Also, please use the Q&A section for questions, not General.

Yeah not all battery mods work on all roms. Found that out the hard way when I tried to flash a battery mod from SKY in CM9. Lost status bar and had to wipe and re-install ROM.
Sky Ics is pretty much a locked down ROM you can't make any mods on that ROM unless already shown working in the OP

You changed part of your framework or ui, probably an icon. Those icons were designed for cm7 and are not compatible with ICS or jb roms.
If you took rom toolbox's suggestion and backed up your framework, just restore it. Otherwise reflash your rom (no wipe - it'll just replace missing files). Depending on your rom, you may need to redo any other changes you made.
If you have a nandroid backup, that'll work too. Always do a nandroid b/u before playing with rom toolbox settings.

Signal bar mod from one ROM on another?

I'm just starting to learn some of the development side of things so this could be a dumb question....
I really like Wicked Sensations ROM on my sprint s3. I've gone back to it several times. But I wanted to try out the Carbon ROM. I haven't been using carbon long enough to decide if I like it. Anyway I like the signal style on WS. Since I have that mod file on my SD card could I flash it and use it on carbon? Is it ROM specific?
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
That would be something for the op of the mod to answer. It all depends on what the mod changes/adds, and the framework of the ROMs. You could always just make a nandroid, flash mod, and see if there are any problems.
Sent from a Toasted Devil
I guess that was my real question. I couldn't see it doing anymore than causing an error but I had to see if anyone had tried and it caused a major error.
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
In case anyone was wondering it actually kind of worked. It changed the WiFi icon but not the signal icon.
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
You could just pull the images from the mod, and replace the images in the rom also. Great thing about android, you can change anything!
