[Q] Dell Aero- Android Upgrade (1.5 to 2.1)

Hello, I have Dell Aero which has Android 1.5. (Upgradable) I wanto upgrade it to 2.1 but I do not know how to do. Files for upgrade the files at opensource.dell.com/releases/aero/2.1/this web site of Dell. (I can not write link here) Please could you help me?

Hi, please update regarding the software update, did you find any way to install 2.1?

need help

hi im new to the forum and i need some advice on installing new roms for Samsung galaxy mini.
can i install the rom after i rooted my device.
i was thinking on installing the Chocobread ROM, is it any good?? (by the way its running on gingerbread)
please help

Best advice is to read up in the Galaxy Mini forums...

See what people are saying there, then ask questions if you don't find what you need. Also, you don't need to root to flash a ROM - the 2 things are not related. (Flashing a ROM most likely comes with root though - check the ROM thread for that.)

Check the various wiki sites as well

you need to install CWM first ... there after you can try diff roms.... be sure to check galaxy mini forum first

Yes u can. it's pretty good. If ur adventurous, try an unstable ics rom.

[Q] I need help GSN GT-N7000 Philippines

I root my note with no problem. Now, when flashing the KD V2 Gold edition ROM, half way my device reboots. Whats happening? and when I use Odin, it gets stuck on the "Writing......" Pls someone help? I am using abbys kernel on the KD v2 gold edition. My phone is bricked. I get the "Samsung Galaxy note dt-n7000" after the reboot and I cant get to anywhere. What must i do? I I did try to do it again using CWM but no luck. I cant get back to the main recovery screen. it goes directly to the more advance recovery mode where you can install kernels and roms. HELP? pls?..

Need help with rom,little bug!!!

Hello everyone, I have such a problem, please help...the fact is that after installation on htc Incredible S the rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1680418 I have not shown the numbers on the battery, very disappointing.If any mod for this??? Help make the numbers on the battery, please...(forgot to mention the version of the firmware on the Sens 3.5) On my DHD everything works fine and shows... unfortunately the theme author has not left the additional instructions to work with other devices...

That's not a 'bug' - it's simply a feature that you want

Yes, I just looked at your posting history and saw that you posted the same question in the correct forum. Don't do that - its called cross-posting and is against the rules of XDA, and most other forums as well. Only ever post a question in one forum - the correct one.

I really need help to root this phone.
I've already tried every method I know, like desktop apps, mobiel apps, adb pushs and sideloads and batch scripts.
No luck so far. Can anyone help me?

Ok, maybe I've posted on the wrong section, but regarding the device, there isn't a Pocket 2 forum section here, so I posted on the most similar I've found. Is that really a good reason to make a report?
I read the rules once, but it was a long time ago and I don't remember where it says "report a user when he posts a thread of the device X on device Y section if the device X section doesn't exist".
Anyway, thanks for reporting me and I still need help and about this thread, I will wait the moderators tell me if I am wrong or not.
If I am wrong, I hope they point me where to post the thread (or move this one).

I've tried that already.
Like I said, I guess I've made a mistake by creating on this section, but I think I can't delete a thread (can I?).
About "a way to root", I don't know any yet, but I'm hoping there is, that's why I've created a thread (after a lot of searching).
