Was at the at&t store yesterday getting a case for wife's phone. Asked about ICS for skyrocket timeline, they said that if get ice, cream, or sandwiches on my phone it would be considered water damage and not be covered by the warranty. :sly:

Come to think of it since I'm on the current ics leak and deleted Device Management I won't get an OTA notice, so I'll have to rely on the rest of you to post 'just checked for an update, says up to date' every 20 minutes or so until it hits.

What the hell is happening to the community here? He's in the GENERAL FORUM letting people know about a well-famed developer returning. Not everyone follows the thread on a daily basis, kids. I moved to Majicks jb and Xperiance roms because they reminded me of sky with their stability and fluidity. I am happy that he's back and can't wait to see what he brings us next. The only reason I left sky is because I got bored and wanted to try something new with jb.

I think what most people on XDA have taken exception to is HTC's complete disregard for GPL compliance. Locked bootloaders and partial source code (if any) abound. It's not that the devs don't like a challenge, it's just that they take offense to a company going out of their way to block them and completely disregard the law.

I want the S4 simply because I've basically had every Galaxy made by samsung. I had to sell my S3 but I loved the way it felt, and from the reviews I've heard of the S4, it feels even better so going off of that and all of the cool features it has I want it!

I say go for the s4 its more high tech HTC one is not quality brand

The HTC One phone looks cool, HTC Sense looks good.
S4 , looks wise is similar to S3

with recent court rulings about patents not worth as much as they initially thought, I would imagine Google is ready to cut their losses on this one

The one's build quality is too premium to pass and the s4's features seem more like gimmicks
