[Update - 24/05/2011] WP7 Music Player(Zune) for Android by Federico Carnales

I read about it online somewhere and it is really good.
The interface is awesome but it is not customizable.
There are no settings for this App Too.

It was updated on 20th May.There are some FC's but it works fine for me on Trip's 1.0.8 MIUI.

Tip: Keep Wifi On When playing songs !!
Awesome High Res will be downloaded in Background which look superb ..
Change log for Alpha 3:
Fixed some out-of-memory FCs related to album artwork and artist backgrounds.
Fixed a FC when "shuffle all" was pressed before having played any songs.
Fixed the previous song's album art showing in Now Playing when no artwork is found for the current song.
Fixed a visual glitch for album art in the Now Playing screen on Honeycomb.
Enabled vertical scrolling in Now Playing (portrait mode) for low resolution devices devices like HTC Wildfire.
Modified status bar notification layout to include album art of the currently playing song.
Added menu item to go back to Library from the Now Playing screen (Menu > Library)
Added menu item to open the Now Playing screen from any other screen (Menu > Now Playing)
In the Now Playing screen, clicking on the artist name will take you to that artist's screen. Same with album name.
Disabled artist background downloading when roaming, and data roaming is disabled on your phone.
You can now long-press any song/artist/album/playlist/genre to add it to the current play queue.
Added compatibility for scrobbling with the Last.fm app
Added a Settings screen (in the main "Music" screen press Menu > Settings)
Added support for controlling playback with your headset. You can disable this in the settings.
Added option to download artist backgrounds only when connected to Wi-Fi to avoid data charges.
Added option to change the UI accents color (default is blue).
Added a provisional icon to the app.

I imported a Zune HD what I do is export my Zune playlist with the songs I want, wmp automatically finds it and then you can sync with wmp.

Unfortunately, it has no EQ, and i don't like DSP manager (not a lot of setts) so i stay on Mixzing....very ugly when you see this app

[24/04][Play Store Launched] Now Playing Music Player

Hey guys!
Thanks for all the help with Now Playing so far, i've just launched it on the Play Store here: mod edit
I'll continue to post betas of upcoming features here, and will keep looking at the thread for FC's/Bug fixes/feature requests.

This looks great! thanks a lot! It's running fine on my Desire HD running 4.2. Fetched album art incredibly quickly too, much quicker than Apollo ever has! Also looks perfect with low DPI settings on my Desire HD

Really nice clean and fast player.
A quick jump list with the letters on the side when scrolling would be a nice thing to have too
Also a faster more direct way to select one specific album of an artist with multiple albums without having to jump into the artist and select it from there would be very useful. Like for example the albums expand when selecting the artist name artist view like player pro does it

you should add maybe corssfade feature and other little sound quality enchancments otherwise its nice but an inverted version would be sick
also when exiting from an album it goes right back to artisst home page would be nice if it just went a step back not to home

I'm having a small issue. Artist images aren't downloading. Box is checked and download over WiFi is checked as well. Apollo downloads artist images so I'm not sure what the deal is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, the renamed version of Apollo it's free, the 1 dollar version has a built-in equalizer and a power consumpltion reduction (some friends helped me with this stuff). Anyway the pro version, not the free, isn't just a renamed version, you'll verify that at the release of Pure Audio 2. The mod and this app are correlated, and for enjoying the PureEQ you have to install my mod

You must attack a free version APK or the XDA version due to some people not being able to access the play store in certain countries. Moderators said it like 20 billion times. I think those are the rules :good:

It's really subjective, anyway according to my testers and other users PureAudio is better than other euqalizer.

@op thanx for your nice music player im just a bit shocked when i found out it works with other equalizer

So it's just themed and renamed Apollo by "cool" brand ? Nothing else ? Why not add some "beats" sound modification and sound visualization and other addition value.

Works good,but with a themechooser theme (i use blakkat cm11 theme) it looks like normal Apollo on my LG L5 with Pacrom 4.4.4.

this player is better than xperia z2 walkman?. is this beats player beats walkman in all aspects?. i hate walkman only for one reason, creating a playlist in walkman is really stupid. there's no option to add a folder to playlist. have to add each and every file by selecting one by one. and the songs also not listed in folderwise. have to search the mp3 songs in the mixed list of ringtones, notification tones, system sounds, etc., sony is entirely noob in walkman playlist creation.

? As you can read you see its a modded Apollo player.
