We are pleased to announce the first release of Virtuous Primo, this is based on the leaked 1.56.401.11 release RUU. We would like to give special thanks to Football for the RUU.
This build currently falls as an X-Series release, how ever it is suitable for use as a daily driver if you can live with a few bugs. We hope to have ROM feature complete as soon possible. Check bellow for a full list of what is working and what is not.

Important Notes

No they aren't aware. Also they wont reply it here. Bug tracker link will be soon updated. That is the reason why i mentioned the Original Rootzwiki link on top of the post.

how's the bluetooth and wifi? My only concern in all the new 4.0 and 3.6 sense roms is the bluetooth. Cos i'm using a Sony bluetooth headset.

It first Sense 4 ROM where I got it to work.
By default not working, some files removed from ROM to avoid errors.
Now all sound effects working and very good!!!

SDCard mount, FM Radio working due to this.
Most of the library was left with the original One V ROM. Not everything works but this is a real hope for complete success.

Virtuous Sensation is a custom ROM for the HTC Pyramid series of phones (Sensation, Sensation XE, etc.). The goal is to provide a simple, Sense-based, mostly-stock ROM based on the official Sensation Sense ROM with essential bug fixes and only subtle enhancements.

Based off the official Sensation ROM (WWE 1.73.401.2), deodexed and zipaligned.
Pre-rooted with the latest version of Superuser and modified ramdisk to allow adb remount, mock locations, etc.
Enhanced reboot options built-in, allowing for booting into recovery, bootloader, hot boot, etc.
Bricked kernel with overclocking daemon (no need for SetCPU/Tuner). Screen Off: 192000 / 1188000 (conservative). Screen On: 192000 / 1512000 (ondemand).
IO optimizations including the use of ext4 with writeback journaling for all mounts and larger read-ahead buffer for improved sdcard performance.
Updated versions of all Market-available apps.
All Market-installable apps installed in /data/app. These apps are automatically installed for you both on initial install and after a factory reset/wipe. There are custom scripts to use Android's package manager (pm) to manage these apps, which ensures they are installed properly.
Bloatware, defined as anything you could easily choose to download from the Market yourself, has been removed.
Advanced quick settings, allowing for the configuration of options listed in this tab.
Overscroll glow effect, tastefully done using white, to match any theme or background.
The popular CRT off animation. We have intentionally omitted CRT on, as Sense 3.x provides impressive power on animations itself.
Customized camera application with bitrate selection and support for using mp4 containers.
Several custom themes, including Slate3D (CypiS), AmazingSense (CypiS), Revolution (he_stheone64) and Honey3D (he_stheone64).
Automated battery calibration. Just plug your phone in after a wipe and charge it to full (preferably overnight), then let our script do the rest.

Once the Sensation has been unlocked by HTC the all new roms will work (and remove the vodafone logo, of course.)

Apologies in advance, perhaps I'm being a bit thick, but how on earth do we flash this at the moment? I thought the Sensation couldn't be rooted yet, and we're waiting for HTC to unlock it.

because the DHD community is so demanding. Im mainly trying to take the weight off the main devs here. and im fairly sure people want a faster working build. so thats what im providing. I do understand where you're coming from though
Good luck with this. The devs over on zfreaks build get hammered to hell with repeated bug reports and request's. Hope you have a better time of it!

Maybe we could share some info. I have working init.d support (very helpful for performance scripts). If some of your tweaks use init.rc, then we can perhaps combine our knowledge.

also, root doesnt work. laggy. i cant seem to come upon a reason why you would start a separate thread for this.

You're the only one, Everyone elses is running faster than lords or zs. Full wipe, Flash rom, gapps with fixed cal. boot.

Hello, you may not know me, or you might if you own a kindle fire. I am the developer of ReloadedROM™ for android devices. This is my build of CM9 Reloaded for the HTC Sensation. This is as of now the initial release.

-Direct, AOSP, COMPLETELY AOSP, CyanogenMod 9: ICS 4.0.4

The camera has the HQ mod and is very nice with fast shutter speed. I haven't tested instagram... but I assume it will work fine. I'll test it now

Either those Screenshots are stolen from sahils rom or basini just mirrors sahils Rom and says it's his own.
Edit: sorry didn't notice that you added Bravia and xLoud. But an addon would be better instead of a whole rom

Bassini don't mind about some people on the forum. You do a lot for our Sensation and I am happy to see a ROM with you stamp.
And what is best for improvements and fixes than someone who work for his own ROM?

Hello bassini just as I did with sahil_lombar, I would like to publicly extend a open invitation to you to come overto the #JB-pyr IRC channel. There is a real commrodary in there and I personally would love to see you there. You said you are going to work on the kernel, so that means you have kernel skills. We need someone with kernel skills as I think we all know it will take some kernel changes to get everything working on JB. I am very new to real development work myself but I am trying very hard to learn.But real devs such as yourself working together is what we need to get the job done. There is progress slowly being made in the IRC we we need all the help we can get. I look forward to seeing you in IRC.

What is the purpose of creating a ROM based on a ROM that is of no use?
Basically the ROM is a "POC"(Proof of Concept) at the point due to no working radios or wifi..It's just something to look at.

Right on, good stuff. And Jonny, I meant no disrespect, I am sure you are muture for your age and your coding skills are great and for sure better than mine. But a master teaches with kindness and compassion and It takes age and experience to refine that. Awesome job everyone. I mean EVERYONE.

Fair point, and if you noticed, I never claimed or will ever claim to be a master because I know there are much better people on here than me and there always will be and I know i'm not a master I'm just saying from personal experiance, age isnt everything

Yep, sense 4 comes with ics...
Hey tested and installed perfectly fine but i only have wifi on this phone and that just gets an error when starting I already rebooted the phone and same issue.
Have seen Roms in far worst states then this. Ie HTC stock gallery is working, unlock speed is amazing, music volume is really low as stated before but doesnt really cause much slow down on unlock or use.
Ill test out more once the wifi is working im just kinda dead in the water with out that....
But regardless def worth trying it out ISC and sense 4.0 are awesome Awesome work

If OP says that it works with cm7 hboot, I presume that it works with stock one too. At least you will have more MB free in /system

It would work with stock hboot but then you'd have plenty of free space wasted in the system partition since the installer wouldn't install more files on there. There's pretty much no point using stock hboot if it doesn't take advantage of it though.

like i said, it doesnt support stock hboot yet because of the aroma setup doesnt support it. have a look for urself

Could you please provide us another mirror link? Something like 4shared or Mediafire? Would be great as I downloaded to 99% from dev-host and the downloading failed... Otherwise thats something great to be seen, I didnt expect to see any more Sense 4 ports. Hope nonamer does that 3.0 kernel so we will have something very innovative as development.

any idea how to fix wifi? i tried change bcm4329.ko module & wpa supplicant, checked updater script for permissions and still nothing.
