Pleasee..i need help..i want to boost my sensation sound..but since i flashed ics ARHD roms, i cannot use volume+ anymore..i did a research and found that i have to enable volume+ in setting>sound>music effect..but this setting is not available in ARHD 6.5.x..is there any other way to enable it or mod for this setting?

Setting -> Sound -> Volumes ?
If you're talking about boosting your volume even higher then ARHD doesn't come with that feature.
You'll need a separate app or patch for that.
Any recommended mod or app?

android revolution HD by mike1986 would be a good choice. everything is stock and you get the boot animation also the beats logo when you plug in your headphones. the 3.6.1 has very good sound quality for a phone. check it out. Also you might want to install (All Headphones Are Beats.zip) and the apk of said zip. and see if that helps you out. they basically give you the better quality sound of the beats but none of the flash and more customize able to your liking with the equalizer.

Hi, I've just installed Revolution HD xe rom which states turns a Sensation into a Sensation XE with Beats Audio.
I can't see that Beats is installed anywhere.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Beats only works with headphones U will see it when u turn music on. (Beats notification)

Beats audio only works with the HTC music player,when you plug headphones in.

i had the same issue well at least i thought i did. check the name of the package you installed i accidentally downloaded 4.1.4 which is no good. noob fail on my part

what s/w version does your settings call up remembering that only 3.6.3 onwards has Beats. i would be fairly shocked if it's not right but weirder things have happened.
i would say it's worth redownloading a copy of ARHD 3.6.X. super wipe and install.
Are you using the stock music player as from what i can see winamp and poweramp do not support beats only the stock htc player.
Recently flashed ARHD custom ROM everything works fine but unable to wake my phone up using volume rocker.
Tried a few apps but still the same.
Used to work on GB ROM, any clues anyone?

Hi all,
I just upgraded my rom from Elegancia Sence 4 v3.6 to lates version.
Previously i could wake phone up by sliding finger on buttons like in this video (0:10).
But now it stops working. Probably i just need to enable it in settings. But i can't find where i can turn it on.
Somebody knows?
That's bricked kernal which is "swipe to wake". Most probably you flashed new Rom with stock kernal that's why just check it in phone info about ur kernal.

I'm currently using CM10.1 (S-ON) on my HTC Sensation, could anyone tell me how to overclock my Sensation and install Beats (I've tried pimp my rom but it doesn't seem to work).

You can install system tuner or kernel tuner to adjust cpu frequencies
Otherwise go to system->etc->init.d folder and go to 99kernel
There you will see how to overclock it

Either go with stock ROM (beats) and overclockable kernel.
Or use a ROM like vipers(beats). You can overclock in either.
