How do I access all the apps I have ever downloaded? - T-Mobile LG G2x

So some time between roms when I was re- flashing. The version of the market i had. Had a window that I could swipe to when going to my apps and it had all the apps that I have ever downloaded. Going all the way back to my g1 days. Anyone know what version of the market that was, or how to get that back? Thnx in advance.

Is that because your on ics? I'm on 3.4.7. I was on ics for a couple days. But I use YouTube and flash way to much. Do I have to be on ics to use that market? I tried to download the latest market through aptoide but wouldn't install.

I'm on stock FroYo, and the update dialog flashes briefly (about 1/4 of a second). On my fourth attempt after clearing data, I managed to click the "Install" button, and was taken to the iTunes download page (!). This is the exact link I was sent to. Is Netflix expecting QuickTime codecs to be installed?

Where is Android Market 3.1.5?

Am I missing something? Where is the updated Android Market for this phone? Why does my wife's G2 have a better Market when I'm stuck with the older one?

Hooray For The Old Market App!
I go to the Android Market for Android Apps. When I got the updated app on my G2, I got used to it. But I never liked it. Yes, I'm sure I could have gone back, but it wasn't a big issue with me.
I don't buy movies on the Android Market
I don't buy books on the Android Market
I do get free apps and paid apps on the Android Market and that's what my market app does.
Hooray for the older, simpler app!
Im using the android market from undead's rom. Its good but its very buggy. Switching back to older version
I was actually able to find everything I was looking for here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1284647
Just replace the file (of course make sure you backup, just in case) and restart the phone. The vending.apk is located in \system\app
Versión 3.2.0 is out already.

Well if that's the case then it must be a Netflix error(even though ppl moan and complain constantly in the market comment section), sounds like your gonna have to wait it out, stick with the older version till they fix the issue.
I had the same problem... and i think its not only an app thing but a rom thing... it worked for me on some ROMs and didnt on others....
Not to give more credit to some ROM than other but im having an awesome performance of Netflix with Infused v2.2.3 try that... and if you arelady are on that then.... lol idk.
Same thing on MiUi, updated and i get the sound but the video never comes across........

Android Makret wont update to Google Play

Im currently on Richie390's MIUI 2.3.24 rom and having a little problem and anyone using that build or knows anything help would be useful. Last weeks build my market updated to the google play store and was working fine and everything, i then updated my rom to the more current rom which is the 2.3.24 and now my google play store has reverted back to android market. i tried downloading the apk and installing manually but it keeps saying install unsucessful. i also tried the clear data and open market and it should update on its own but none of them work. Any help?
Why does it matter? Significant changes are the icon change and name.

Just something that bothers me a little and I liked the interface of how they setup the "My Apps" screen.
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium
Just use a root explorer and overwrite the old vending apk in system/app?
I've never used an MIUI rom but I'm assuming you still flash gApps zip like the other roms, you could unzip the gApps you're using, copy the updated vending apk into the app folder and rezip the files and flash it

make a backup in CWM.
then boot your rom, and use something to remove the market, or just delete the .apk
try re-installing it then
if you still cant get it working, you could always try pushing it to the phone via ADB from your computer... but that seems like it would be a bit too much work for just a few non necessary changes.
Appreciate all the help, ill give some of the advice a try and see if maybe one of em works LOL

BTW, whoever said there weren't any differences between Market versions hasn't played around with it much. The latest version of Google Market, hmm, Play, is a mess, especially when comes the time to figure out how to display purchased apps separately from all the other crap I may have had the misfortune of trying in the past. There is also no way I can find to filter the previously-installed app list: a simple alphabetical sort option would greatly help.

You flashed a gapps package? You can't really install market from the apk. You can force it through root explorer but just flashing gapps again should solve it. Make sure it's a gapps package with play already packaged. Otherwise give it a day, it should update itself
