[Q] Which firmware for stock? - HTC Sensation

I'm having a hard time determining which firmware to flash to return to restore my nandroid backup from when I was on the stock ROM. The ROM version is 1.50.531.1 TMOUS.
Can someone help me out?

(I'm coming from ICS.)

3.12 is o.k.

This thread says that 3.12 is for ICS. The 1.50.531.1 RUU is Gingerbread. Won't that cause problems? Ideally, I'd like to use the exact firmware that I used before (wish I would have written down what it was).

FWIW, I found what I was looking for in this thread.

I have a very simple question, I've sort of bricked my phone. So I want to go back to the original RUU for the HTC Sensation XE (Netherlands, Europe, T-mobile)
Witch one do I need to choose? Here is the list: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1074559
Thanks!

LE are for Sensation XE, other ones for normal Sensation.
Check your cid for the right RUU for your device. Unless you've changed it to super-cid?

Flash a ruu with your region and you'll be ok. If you want to restore your backup, after flashing the ruu, flash back a recovery and restore

I am using Android Revolution HD™ 6.2.1 for a while and I can say that I am very happy with the rom.
You may also consider installing Extended Quick Settings from the link below
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1476726
It will be almost perfect then.

cm9 reboot-loop

i got htc sensation with cm9 installed and it keeps rebooting itself after turning on.
what to do?
try going back into recovery and wiping all (system, data, but not sdcard lol) and then reinstall the rom
Flash the 1.27 firmware

1.27? Not 3.32? Once I installed that firmware, I never had to install another one...

1.27 firmware = 3.32 firmware
Contains 1.27 hboot and 3.32 base
It's exactly the same thing. I was just referring to the hboot

hi. is there a repository of 6.7.x roms that i could download aside from the 6.7.2 one? as iam having issues with this release and i was hoping i could downgrade to a lower ver of 6.7. i just upgraded from 6.6.7 and i dont want to go back to that cause i will have to downgrade to 3.32 firmware too anyone can help?

You wont have to downgrade, 3.32 and 3.33 firmwares are the same apart from a new radio and the kernel but the kernel is overwritten when flashing a ROM anyway.

Can I flash gb Rom on ics?

As the title,I want to know if I will brick my device if I flash gingerbread Rom on an ics Rom.
Sent from my HTC Sensation XE with Beats Audio Z715e using xda premium
It is just impossible mate. (You will likely stuck at boot screen or will have boot loops...) If you already have ICS rom installed on your device, that means you have ICS firmware. If you would like to install a gingerbread rom you must flash the appropriate gingerbread firmware first. To do that your device must be S-OFF.

Yes. If you do a system wipe ( I usually do a factory reset + system wipe) then you can flash a 4.2.1 Rom.

All recent ICS and JB roms are working on 3.32 and 3.33 firmware. Install 4EXT recovery and use that as many roms require so.
Need to flash gb firmware even install non stock/custom gb Rom?a friend of mine own a desire s and he can switch between ice and gb Rom easily without flashing firmware.
