EDIT: Nolonger a modded version of hyperion. that was my 1st attempt at a rom which was called "saga eclipse" just so people don't get confused. Shadow Hawk is built from the latest base, not Hyperion.

The things i have changed so far are:
Default govenor changed to virtuous for wake and conservative for sleep
default wake-max freq set to 998400 mhz
added titanium backup
changed fonts to segio WP
I have removed A LOT of bloatware in this ROM! With the idea of this being a nice clean slate for people to flash, without the need to remove unwanted apps themselves.
and there will be more to follow. This is going to be worked on in my free time so V1.0 has been released today for people to try out. V1.1 is currently being worked on

Bro, any screenshots? I was hoping to see what are the changes on the fonts.. what's the difference between the font that u are using and the one on stock. Thanks.

there are too many to list, but mostly the htc things like htc hub, stocks, facebook, twitter.

Maybe you can add the dspmanager from cm7 to this Rom? That would be amazing!

afaik this need a kernel that supports it before it will work. Maybe i will look into this for a future release

The original work on this is from Lyapota. Check his posts for patches, I know somewhere in the hyperion thread there's a zip containing the fixed patch for the desire S. Don't use the Desire HD original package, or you'll loose audio in outgoing calls.

just a question, why not continue imporving shadow hawk rather than create another rom and give it a new name but basically they are almost the same 3.0 rom... just a suggestion.... correct me if im wrong, but I can;t see the differences.
There are more and more ROMs now and forum looks a bit messy lately, just hope that we can concerntrade on one ROM and make it the best one ever.... just a suggestion. Thanks

Thanks for your suggestion. I created this Rom as another because of its main focus being user control over privacy. Hense the addition of pdroid and droidwall. I wanted there to be a choice and line between the 2 roms

Flashed this last night. It's smooth and stable. Just 1 missing Twitter widget from HTC . Hope you could add it ? Thanks man.
Also, the whatsapp conversion and notification tone is messed up (it happens on same messenger app too), those ringtones names is not accurate. It is on shadowhawk Rom also, hope you could fix this too. Thanks.

I got FC today after 4 days good function.
go to gallery - choose a recently shot photo - menu - choose show on map
this gives force close.

did you try in htc gallery or quick pic? it only happen in htc gallery.

Smoothness tweeks in V0.1 is set to work with SSlauncher, but you can change for what you want.

ThiaiZ any chance you can do this with 21b? I don't want to go back to 21a it was rubbish for battery life and dropped data connections.

I am not 100% sure, but I guess phone.apk from LG Nitro is the same as ours ? Cause the apps I use both on V2.4 or V0.1 are from LG Nitro HD system dump. What I can try to include is Phone.apk compiled from android source.

I am still too lazy to flash 21b .kdz than start to dump peaces of the system, too much work. But I can use it as soon as it gets root.

Is its only eng or multilanguage?
I already have the rom gingerbread 20a,( with ghostcalls problem ) I still need to flash the baseband?

Multilanguage, you don't need to flash baseband if you already did, blame LG for ghost calls they messed up.

Rushdroid based on 21b is rooted, and in my case, hasn't ghost calls problem. It's only rush to eat battery

Rushdroid is a copy of acura's ROM, with extra tweaks, it means it is not V21b 100% in it and feel free to dump V21b to me so I can make a ROM of it? People are still reporting ghost calls on V21b, so don't know if it really have some to do with ROM itself or GB baseband.

Yeah probably baseband, I'm back on a 2.2.2 ROM with original stock baseband and have no problems whatsoever.
I have decided I like this stability and will upgrade when and only when LG gets their crap together.... which probably means never... or when Cynogenmod gets 3D fully working so I can use it with the Froyo baseband (P925 version).
I really like your ROMs pal, but I just can't stand issues with GB baseband. To me, it makes the phone unstable and unusable as a daily device.
I wish there was a way you could implement froyo baseband and GB ROM like CM does. Then I would stay on your ROM forever!

Sure man:
-Navigate to data/data , and check what is the launcher you use process name ( in my case I use SS launcher and its name is com.ss.launcher
-Navigate to system/init.d/etc/thiaizsmoothness
-Open thiaizsmoothness script and change the 2 line that contains "com.ss.launcher" for the name of your launcher.
-Save it and restart phone.

[ROMS]Ports For CM7/Alpha 9

Hi G3 users, I have now Ported many Roms for cm7/alpha 9 and instead of starting new threads for each, I have decided to put all in one now....
All these are based on CM7 Alpha 9 (for now, will update to alpha 10/beta 1 when marcel releases it)
IMPORTANT NOTE
1) These Roms include all the remaining bugs of Cm7 Alpha 9
2) If You have any issue with connectivity, replace the telephonyprovider.apk in /system/app with this
3) If you have any calling issue, replace phone.apk with this(Doesnt work on miui)
4) If you have any messaging related issues, you can replace mms.apk with This
5)If MIUIcamera isnt working properly or freezing very often, you can replace miuicamera.apk with this( in case camera isnt working on other roms, you can still replace with this file but rename it Camera.apk
6) If you get frequent FC on keyboard ,replace it with this
7) If your Launcher keeps giving fc, replace it with This
8) For JB style clock replace clock.apk with this(For screens see my S3 rom Screens)
9) If gallery/Quickpic Doesnt Work, pls update/reinstall it
IF you wish to NOT do the above, you can do one easier thing:
-Dwnld the Rom
-Extract it to folder(lets say X)
-you should get 2 folders(Meta-inf and System) and a file(zImage)
-open system--->app
-Now replace the apk from there with any one mentioned above
-return to folder X
-Select Meta-inf , system and zImage ----> Right click ---> Choose 7-zip/Winzip ---> And click ADD TO ARCHIVE
-Now choose format as .zip and type any name which you may like (it souldnt be the same as the rom u have dwnld if the rom is in folder X too)

PS: Can u share the method / guide u used to port roms. itried to port miui with cm7 a9 but it went to bootloops

But dont follow miui tut there cause thats for miui v4
its just normal porting
I too ported about 8-9 miui roms
Half didnt even boot:crying:
others gave prob except one

i doubt that
But i think you can add them in buil.prop
They r pretty easy

There is quite good application for tweaking "pimp my rom" of course it has not all possible tweaks but it has enough basic tweaks :thumbup:

i used an ace miui
LG shud wrk if u know how to convert a few lg based files to samsung

In each post, can you mention whether the calling works on each ROM or not? It makes it easier for us and prevents us from wasting time flashing a ROM and realising that calling doesn't work and then we have to modify some apk files etc. If you can, can you also fix calling in the ROMs permanently so we don't have to fix it ourselves?

I guess it works properly in all so far
But in case it doesn't, I provided a tutorial which is easy and hardly takes time
Else I would need to unnecessarily re upload every rom just for a minor defect

I wouldn't recommend porting, just because of the amount of tweaks, there are alot of lose libs, files, etc all over the place because I "render" mods Alot of features wouldn't work. I will release it for the N1

download is extremely slow for mediafire.
EDIT1: rom just started. SMOOTH as my nexus 4!! way faster than any other cm roms for DHD/I4G

It does if you use Xposed Modules, ROM comes with Xposed installer, which you need to run and also comes with Xblast module. With Xblast you can set transparency in Status bar, plus a whole host of other things. If you want a Paranoid feel, meaning setting DPI (etc) of individual apps I recommend downloading App Settings through Xposed Installer. Remember to tick modules to make them active and then Reboot.
Changes to System UI in some cases takes a reboot to see changes. Using App Settings you can also do a whole host more and relaunch apps if you press menu button while App info on screen.
I have been using Xposed for a long time now, it even works great on ICS Sense roms, and with other modules you can even have Halo style floating windows on sense roms.

The Rom is brilliant and very smooth. I wasn't able to install the Pie Settings ZIP, not sure why. Also when I try to install something from the Xposed Installer it wouldn't allow me.
