I'm from greece,and i get as a gift the smartphone mentioned above...It is
unlocked of course,but i would like to add greek language in the menu,and as an writing language as well..I spend days on internet to find a way to solve my problem,but nothing yet..anyway,any answer will be really helpful!!

Hi all, a freind of mine commited the ultimate sin and paid MORE for a Samsung i718 (WM 5)than I paid for my HTC Hermes...and the OS in CHinese. He's called Samsung HK and TW and neither will help him, anyone know where I can find an English ROM for this device? Are there tools out there to dump the ROM from another samsung? Is he totally boned?
I know it's not the perfecdt place for this question but I can't find anything about moding this phone or any ROM downloads. Thanks in advance to anyone whyo can help me!!

Although I didn't actually commit the greatest sin myself, I have one of these phones and now need it in English.
My wife's father sent me one from China. NOWHERE in the system options does it have a place the select English language. This is the only phone I have ever seen from China that doesn't have English! NUTS!
Now, I'm not too savvy with all of the lingo being used on this forum but SURELY there must be a way to install the English version of WM6 onto this phone. Can someone please explain my options to me? I feel useless without this phone in English!

There is an english rom for I718 (althrough I718 is a chinese variant of a I710). It called I718ZMGF4 and meant for I718+ (WM6 mod of i718). Works fine on both I710 and I718. Links: PDA part, GSM part. Note: gsm part of firmware must be flashed with special flashing cable (suitable for Samsung D800, D820).
That's AWESOME! Can someone please explain how I would do the installation of the English ROM? Please keep in mind that I am a total noob and have never done this before. The most I have done before is update the firmware for my sony ericsson, but that was using their update service.
If someone could write a little step by step, or even point me to a thread about flashing phones, that would be awesome. I am just afraid I will brick the whole phone.

I have a dopod p800 (china mobile) windows mobile 5.
the phone was given to me.
my question is ...
Is there a way to get the factory setup just in english? (reflash?)
If so is there someone on here that does or would do it for donations to the board,etc, or?
just need it to be like a factory one with win5 or possibly win6.. i dont have the hardware and am not sure as im not up on this stuff...

First of all: Sorry - I do not know wheter I am in the correct thread. I am an absolutely beginner and my thoughts are like a tornado as i read about several hours how to use all thet root and flsah stuff...
I got a Galaxy Note 3 Dual SIM N9002 originally from China - XMas-gift.
Now I have the problem that I will add the German Language and add the Google Play Store.
I need help for:
1. How exactly doi go step by step for rooting the device? I found lots of advices - most of them are to technical for me - and my english is not so well. Therefore i do not understand most of the stuiff.
2. How exactly can I bring Google Play Store on the device?
I know that I have to flash the device. But: Where do I find a firmware which allows the Store and the Language and doesn't kill the Dual SIM?

this was the info on phone 4G 4G 4.4.2 T1395BN_TTKJ_V21_10LOGOZX_ALIYUN_SEC_V1.0.2_user_r11054 i have tried looking ing the normal place but there are 3 languages to choose from on restore but even when you choose english it goes back to chinese menus after load up?, i have looked in language section but doesnt have any other choices only the 1 that is marked? any help and i would be very greatful

I bought a S6 a day ago but i have a problem, i want to update it to android 6 or put a custom ROM to have portuguese language in her...
This version just come with 3 languages (chinese, taiwan and english i think), i do cant enable usb debugging because it doesnt show in the developers options...
Soo i know if someone knows some way to put other language's or a ROM to do that...
I hope someone can help me... if you need more information just ask i will try to get it.
