A search would have told you there is no "Best" Only what works best for your device. You may ask does it really matter. The answer is yes. Not all devices are made equal. The only way you will find the best set up for you and your device is to try them out for yourself.

The best ROM discussions aren't allowed on xda. Just go through development section in ur forum and chose whichever suits u the best.
life!
agree completely with above
OP, best ROM threads are really pointless because each person is going to have a different lists of things they need the ROM to do and what they expect from a ROM. The best thing to do is read through the forum for your phone Nexus S and gather all the information you can from there. There are stickies and tons of threads in Development to help you and guide you. Just pick a few ROMs that look interesting to you and flash them and see which best fits your needs.
Good Luck. Closing this one.
Hi! I'm a newbie to the forums and I have recently rooted my phone with gingerbreak and i've unlocked the bootloader.
I have rom manager and clockworkmod all set for the new rom installation, and i just backed up my old rom.
Now, can anyone tell me what's the BEST ROM for atrix 4g MB860 out there?
Thanks.

You'll need to checkout the Atrix 4G Android Development section for finding all ROMs available for the device. Read through user reviews and select the best one of your choice. Also, when asking about which is the Best ROM, you'll get 10 different opinions from different people. So its all upto your needs to use the one of your choice.

I would move it for you, but there's a good chance it would get closed in that forum too. Best ROM threads/questions are generally frowned upon around here due to the type of responses (mostly negative) and bickering they tend to generate. Try them out for yourself and see what works for you.
Hello xda,
I have a noob question that I didn't find the answer anywhere.
I wanted to ask if we can flash in our phone (Htc Sensation), other ROMS coming from other phones with same features like Samsung S 2 or Htc Evo 3D. Is this possible? If it is not why we can't?
thank you in advance

Hi,
Flashing ROMS from other phones is possible, but they have to be adapted for our phones.
This is done by the clever devs in THIS FORUM

It's not possible, as other phones use different hardware etc.
Trying to flash a rom for a different device will brick your device, even if the difference between the phones is very small.

In my opinion this is not the question to us but rather to VenomTeam,
or the dev of a specific rom you wish to port
because it is their permission you seek rather than ours,
If you mean technical aspect- unless you try it, you/ we'll not know
Edit: i've seen htc wildfire running ics- not without a glitch- but still....
so, thinking the same way why htc rhyme wouldn' be able to run sense 4 rom...
but this is my assumption only ( i wouldn't quote me as if that was true- beyond doubt )
Rhyme's tech. spec are very similar to saga's ..... ( when we speak about bliss naturally )
just wondering if I can port since there is no custom rom for rhyme.bcause this phone is for ladies.
but if can port maybe I can make some to people out there

Try some roms on your own or read the specific rom threads to find the proper rom for you
