Errr...this may sound a little patronizing, but you need to flash boot.img (extract it from the mikrunny zip file) manually using fastboot.
For further details, use search.

And once more, we should have stayed with xtc and revolutionary to unlock. Thx htc nice attempt, but next time pls unlock everything or leave it be (or at last state the additional needs at the form maybe there a bit more users read it), at least for those devices that already got unlock methods.

You need to extract boot.img from the mikrunny.zip file and place it in your android tools folder (where you have your adb and fastboot batch files)
Then boot into fastboot on your phone, and after making sure your device is detected... type the following command;
fastboot flash boot boot.img
no need to rename anything.
To read about fastboot and adb setup in detail, click on the link under Helpful Links in my signature.
You need to flash the specific boot.img extracted from each particular ROM every time you flash a new ROM in the future.
P.S : I can't see the attachment you posted... maybe you need to reupload it.

Add well as adding to index I'll also attempt to get this guide made into a sticky, as the constant new posts by HTCdev users suffering boot loops is unfortunately getting a little tedious.....it's just like back in the early days of revolutionary release

your radio doesn't seem to be up to date. maybe that's it?
check this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1412618
For your version of android revolution you need to flash the Firmware 3.32.401 (PG58IMG.zip file) and just follow the instructions in that thread.
Aside from that, don't know what would be causing the problem.
Good luck

for super cid follow the step4 of the thread im posting step by step (atleast now )
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1192300
EDIT:
also you can flash the correct firmware without changing your cid
Here are the steps to do it
1.First follow the first 4 four sub steps (steps 1-4) of the STEP 4 in the guide to get the adb/fastboot setup
2. As you are unable to boot into your device you cant use adb but you can still use fastboot command as you can boot into bootloader
so once you booted into bootloader connect your device via usb to your computer and go to the path of your adb folder
and type "fastboot getvar cid" this sholud give you the cid of your phone
3.get the corresponding firmware file based on your cid from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21711154#post21711154
4.Now flash the PG58IMG.zip that you got but keeping the file in root of your sd card
For flashing ARHD follow this noob proof guide and follow steps accordingly

I'm pretty new to this stuff too....but come from a tech savvy background. At a minimum I always have a nandroid backup I can revert too.
Also, I keep a folder on SD called "upgrades" that I store ROMs, kernels, firmware, add ons, and titanium BU APK.
In each folder ill keep current and previous version I'm running, so if anything goes wrong I can always pull battery, reboot to recovery, and revert. Then if that doesn't work can always revert using nandroid too.
And have copy of superwipe on your SD too....hope that helps if you get it sorted out.
My phone now works thanks I was very scared :s but now I'm too happy

You at least have to be unlocked and rooted. You're obviously not rooted, yet.

Have you pushed Superuser from a PC to the phone via USB? After that you can load CWM from ROM Manager.

Just being unlocked is not the same as being rooted. You need to be Unlocked AND rooted to install CWM through Root Manager. You're only half of that.

nope im having trouble doing that i need help on that part
With an unlocked bootloader I simply copy the fastboot and adb files, as well as whatever recovery image I want to flash and push the recovery via fastboot... however if you aren't confident in your skills with the command prompt or fastboot there is always the all-in-one toolkit for the MT4GS that can be downloaded from its own thread in the dev forums (I don't have the link handy but it seemed to work for me on my sister's mt4gs).
I'm having trouble flashing CWM from the market as well. I've rooted (or at least I think I have) via Hasooon2000's tool and the superuser icon shows up in my drawer but when I try to run it I'm never prompted with the usual permission request, just the permission error that OP posted. I am also unable to install anything like Busybox or ROM Toolbox. It seems like the root just wasn't properly set up but none of the methods I've found actually work. I have tried to redo the rooting process, but to no avail.
I flashed CWM from Hasoon200's tool too, and can boot into it, however when I try to take a backup it just goes to a screen with the CWM logo in it and doesn't do anything. I have to pull the battery to get it to reboot.
Never had this much trouble with rooting or flashing a recovery before, but if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
I'd say do a flash of CWM via adb. Then install Superuser through CWM using a zipped Superuser. Worked flawlessly for me.

Are you using the trackpad to select things in recovery? All of my other phones used power while in recovery to select things but the doubleshot uses trackpad to select
Sent from my myTouch_4G_Slide using Tapatalk 2
I'm of two different schools of thought here - my first thought is bad download of CWM... Honestly I'd just read up on fastboot flashing the recovery image and do that to ensure a good root. However as noted above the trackpad select did throw me off at first.
Sent from my myTouch_4G_Slide using XDA
OK, it looks like I don't actually have S-Off and I've got the newer Hboot which, from what I can tell, prevents me from using this method and the only two ways to do this seem to involve either doing some crazy stuff with wires or flashing stuff without taking a backup first. Both of these methods make me very nervous, especially since as far as I can tell there is no way to use anything like Odin or RSD Lite with this phone to restore it in case something gets messed up.
If anyone has a way I can take a backup before flashing a ROM or, better yet, has a way to restore the phone completely in case something goes awry that would be awesome.
Update: Yeah, looks like it was the trackpad thing preventing me from doing this properly. Totally bizarre considering the fact that I was able to select things just fine using the volume buttons but when I hit power (which selects on most devices), it didn't work right.
Thanks for helping me get past this hurdle everyone! Hopefully I can figure out how to get s-off.
Edit: Update - I flashed a ROM that already had root and now that works too. Good enough for now, I'll wait for a less scarey method to get S-off. I'm not about to start messing around with wires.

Go to fastboot on your phone. connect it to PC.
Open a command prompt and head to folder where your ADB+Fastboot files are located. And enter this command.

If yes, flashing TWRP 2.3.3.0 recovery might do the trick instead of taking the long road.

[TOOL] Lock/Unlock Bootloader + Remove Tampered | Aroma GUI

This tool will allow you remove the Tampered flag from your bootloader. It will also allow you to easily Lock and Unlock your Bootloader directly from recovery.
No root required since it is run in recovery, however you still must be S-OFF.
Before using this tool you need to be sure you are using the latest version of recovery as the M7 U/UL TWRP requires at least version 2.6.3.3 for this package to work. The current downloads for both CWM and TWRP can found below:
The latest M7 U/UL TWRP can be downloaded HERE.
The latest M7 U/UL CWM can be downloaded HERE.
***[UPDATE] - It seems that the latest TWRP 2.6.3.3 has been pulled due to some minor issues. If your TWRP version doesn't work please use CWM for now until a updated TWRP release is made.
This will work for Verizon and Sprint as well, however they have different versions of these recoveries, so please make sure you are using the correct recovery for your device.
Saying this again in case you missed it: YOU MUST BE S-OFF!
To use the tool simply copy the zip file to your phone and then boot to your custom recovery and choose install. Then browse to where you copied the file and select it. The aroma installer will begin. Follow the steps outlined in the pictures below and choose the options you want to run.

S-trace for originally discovering the location of the lock status flag. See this thread.
scotty1223 for his ADB shell commands. Threads HERE and HERE. Scotty was also very helpful to me in understanding some of the default values.
Just to be clear I did not just copy and paste scotty1223's commands into a aroma installer. The echo command can be problematic in aroma, so I developed original code for all four commands. The end result is the same in that the data in the partitions is changed as needed.

Demo and Troubleshooting

***Troubleshooting***
If the installer stays on this screen fore more than a few seconds, then it means you need to delete/format cache. This can be done within both recoveries. You may need to reboot recovery after clearing cache and begin the installer again. This seems to happen more on CWM than TWRP.
If the installer runs but your bootloader doesn't change, it is proably one of these things:
You are not S-Off
You do not have the latest version of recovery (I recommend TWRP)

Quick question (if you have time): why do we need latest recovery? what would happen on an older recovery?
Will this work on Rumrunners custom HBOOT or is a stock HBOOT only recommended?

On older recoveries, the worst that could happen is that it may not work. It won't hurt to try.
The reason you need an updated recovery is because on TWRP before version 2.6.3.3 the partition wasn't writable so the actions didn't work. Older CWM should be ok but I only tested the latest.

Hi crushalot, I just noticed TWRP version 2.6.3.3 was pulled and back to 2.6.3.0, just FYI
Awesome that this can be done fron recovery, let alone in an Aroma install! Looks good! :good:
But I am having trouble seeing the use for me personally? Is this so that Ican lock my botloader and download Official OTAs (if thats required)? Or is this just something in case I have to send it off for service?
Or am I missing something here?

. Warranty purposes. Or for example in my case if I decided to upgrade my phone with jump, I can make everything look like never even happened. It's quite useful.

Hi crushalot, I just noticed TWRP version 2.6.3.3 was pulled and back to 2.6.3.0, just FYI

Yeah, seems like it was pulled because the charging while in recovery doesn't work correctly.
It still works for everything else. Not sure if they will just re-release 2.6.3.3 when fixed or make a new version.
I will update the link and info in the OP.
Thanks

Awesome that this can be done fron recovery, let alone in an Aroma install! Looks good! :good:
But I am having trouble seeing the use for me personally? Is this so that Ican lock my botloader and download Official OTAs (if thats required)? Or is this just something in case I have to send it off for service?
Or am I missing something here?

Also sometimes a locked bootloader is needed for promotions like the 25 GB of Google Drive space.
There can be a variety of reasons one might need to toggle it.
Looking and unlocking won't wipe data? Like a typical htcdev unlock does?

No, my tool doesn't wipe data during a lock or unlock.
It directly modifies the partitions that conatin the bootloader status, without touching /data or /system

Can't find RUU Stock ?
No S-OFF ?
Looping in Bootloader / Recovery Mode?
์ABD Push ? ADB Shell ? ADB Sideload?
Forget about it, that will no longer need in above
What you need is just simple
1. Unlock Bootloader
2. Recover : TWRP 2.7.0.5
3. ROM :m4kk_4.4.2_3.10.401.4_root-odex.zip
4. USB Stick
5. USB OTG
Instruction
1. Unlock device with Unlock Bootloader
Unlock Bootloader
2. Download ROM and Copy to Flash Drive
m4kk_4.4.2_3.10.401.4_root-odex
3.Flash recovery TWRP 2.7.0.5
Download TWRP 2.7.0.5
Update 29/04/2014
[*] Push your device to recovery mode by Hold " power + Volume Down"
[*] Go to SDK Tool for fastboot in your Computer
Type : fastboot flash recovery TWRP 2.7.0.5.img
[*] Go to recovery mode in your device , then plug in USB Flash drive with USB OTC and connect to your device
[*] Select Advance >> Mount USB OTG , select Install located to ROM in Flash drive
[*] Then just flash ROM m4kk_4.4.2_3.10.401.4_root-odex.zip
[*] Wait for moment until Successfully
[/LIST]
Done and reboot your device !!!!!!
No more put your device for paperweight any more ( I've been made my device for paperweight a month, until I found this solution ,and I made it with no cost for replaced main board)
This is important to flash ROM with out RUU Stock and S-OFF
After all you can use Romrunner to S-OFF
(It's 100% worked for me)
Finally I can make my HTC One Mini to S-OFF
and able use nay tools to turn back to Locked again

Hi, can you be more specifict on the flash process.
So you flash the ROM from USB GTO.
Then wipe cache/dalvid cache
Then flash boot.img
Also, is that normal that when right after i flashed the rom, and shutdown the phone, its say no OS installed?
Can you upload the rom again?
Hey, can you re upload the ROM and what HBOOT do you need, will it work on 2.21?
Thanks

The link for the rom is halfway down the first page of this post' no need to upload it, it don't matter what hboot your on as the link to OP has link for rom for hboot pre 2.22 and another member has put up links for a modded version on the last pages of OP for hboot 2.22 and above. just make sure you download a twrp recovery that supports your partition layout (your hboot will give you and idea) I gather you have an OTG cable or a dual flash drive USB.
Everything and every answer you need is in these forms...you just have to read! That's how I managed to give yo this answer in under 10min of searching.
Hi there,
I got a HTC One mini. I bought an USB OTG and installed TWRP v2.7.1.2. I can see the USB OTG under "Mount" but I can't mount it. "adb sideload file-name.zip" is also not working.
Please advice.
Thanks.
What may be?

There are problems on the server, so many now
Hello to everybody!
All these things are OK:
1. Unlock device with Unlock Bootloader
2. Download ROM and Copy to Flash Drive
3. Flash recovery TWRP 2.7.0.5
But when I try flashing ROM "m4kk_4.4.2_3.10.401.4_root-odex.zip" from "Install" I get what you can see in attacked image.
Flashing lasts only three seconds. When I reboot, I get loop booting.
What I can do?
Thank for all
Help!
Hello, I have an htc one mini in state like the one in the picture (first post) stuck in bootloader (tampered, unlocked, s-on).
The only difference is that ''OS-'' section is empty!!!
I've flashed this recovery: twrp-2.7.0.5-m4kk.img using adb and then flashed this rom: m4kk_4.4.2_3.10.401.4_root-odex.zip as it is mentioned.
Everything went well and phone started in 4.4.2! Almost everything... Once I had opened the data (3g/4g) everything messed up (lag lag lag)!
I've tried to reboot via power button and after restart I stuck again to bootloader.
I've decided to flash the rom once again. This decision was harsh...
Flashing procedure never completed succesfully (interrupted by reboot) and from then till now in recovery mode the touch screen is not responding, the touch buttons neither!
So, I cannot flash nothing!
Please help me! Thanks in advance!
Thanks for the ROM!, everything went ok!
[BTW, I used Philz Recovery and also works, and got the ROM from Mega]
